Not all of the boss fights in the Dark
The Dark Souls trilogy, developed by FromSoftware, harbors some of the most dangerous and aggressive enemies in video game history. The most domineering, powerful bosses across the Dark Souls trilogy are also among the most challenging bosses in gaming, at least when it comes to high-profile modern projects.
Really, there's no 'easy' content here, but on balance, Dark Souls' Artorias of the Abyss expansion could be considered the least punishing (in comparison to the main game).
Elden Ring bosses are quite a bit harder than any Souls bosses that came before.
The Dark Souls games are regarded as some of the most difficult games of the generation. The RPG has gained notoriety for its absence of a difficulty setting and its seemingly unfair gameplay.
Dark Souls 3 might be the hardest Souls game ever made. Even after literally hundreds of hours spent playing Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, Dark Souls 2, and Bloodborne, the latest installment of From Software's infamously challenging series is about as tough as these games get.
Elden Ring is a More Advanced Form of Soulslike
The difficulty discussion pertaining to Elden Ring is as complex as the game's many mechanics. The game takes after the enemy speed and complexity present in Dark Souls 3 and Sekiro, so one would assume it is more difficult than the oldest Souls titles.
1 Pyromancer
There shouldn't be any doubt that Pyromancer is the best class to start with. It comes with a hand axe, round shield, and pyromancy flame that is very helpful. You don't have to face every boss in Dark Souls — there are some you can skip, if you're not feeling it. Dark Souls is a game perhaps best known for its crushingly difficult bosses.

1 1/10 Knight Artorias
He's the fastest any boss has been in the original Dark Souls and is a new challenge not seen before. Artorias also buffs himself in the fight to increase his damage output just like the player would do.
To achieve 100% in Dark Souls we will have to complete two full playthroughs & a half playthrough of the game all on the same character (NG++). Certain Rare Weapons can only be made using multiple copies of the same Boss Soul, which we only get one of per playthrough.

Today, September 22nd 2021, marks the ten-year anniversary of the original release of Dark Souls in Japan. So not only is September 22nd the birthday of both Bilbo and Frodo Baggins, but I guess you could call it Dark Souls Day as well.
Although Elden Ring does take inspiration from the infamously difficult Dark Souls series, it takes place in a completely different universe and features a plethora of features foreign to FromSoftware's classic franchise. That's not to say the games are more different than similar, though.
Short answer: Sekiro, which may prove to be one of the most challenging games ever made. Don't just take our word for it—Forbes, Digital Spy, Gamespot and a bevy of other publications agree: Sekiro is harder than any of the Dark Souls games and Bloodborne .
