quarantine: There is no quarantine in the UAE for pets arriving with all their vaccinations, documents and all other Ministry requirements in order. Importantly, however, if everything is not fully in order, your pet may be quarantined, re-exported, or even in very rare cases, confiscated.

While there are no weight or breed limitations for pets, they must travel in either a hard-sided or soft-sided carrier. Import Permit
You must apply for an Import Paper from the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment either in person or online in advance of your pet's arrival which is valid for 30 days from the date issued. The ministry will charge a fee per permit. You may list up to two pets per permit.
Doing something to intentionally bother or startle your dog might get a funny video, but over time, it can erode your dog's trust in you. It can also put you at risk of being bitten or lead to your dog feeling like they need to protect themself from you, the person your dog should feel safest with.
You can wear shorts in Dubai and even skirts, if they are at knee length and not shorter than that. Just be mindful of the fact that there are a lot of families and children there.
