Of course not. The Heir of Slytherin is Tom Riddle, also known as Lord Voldemort. Ginny Weasley was merely possessed by one of Voldemort's Horcruxes and forced to do its bidding.
In the Chamber itself, we see a large statue of a wizard, which Harry presumes is Salazar Slytherin. We also meet Tom Riddle, who is, as it turns out, the heir of Slytherin.
The Peverells, Gaunts, Blacks, Malfoys, Potters, Weasleys, Prewetts, and other families are all linked to one another through bloodlines and intermarriage. The only known direct descendants from Salazar Slytherin were the Gaunts, who for the most part shared their ancestor's beliefs in the purity of wizard blood.

Born in the late 1920s to Muggle parents, Myrtle Warren started her Hogwarts life in the early 1940s, where she was sorted into Ravenclaw.
Is it likely? Not very, and chances are that there haven't been many. But Deathly Hallows(the book) does have one of the Snatchers who capture the trio comment that “There aren't a lot of Mudblood Slytherins”, so such a thing does happen.
Harry himself is a half-blood, since his pure-blood father, James, married a Muggle-born witch named Lily, and his maternal grandparents were Muggles.
Who were the heirs of each of the four founders of Hogwarts? Ravenclaw heir is the Grey Lady; aka Helena Ravenclaw. We do not know if she has any other children or if Helena had any children. So we don't know if there are any Ravenclaw heirs alive at the time of Harry's hogwarts days.
However, even after Voldemort's death, Salazar Slytherin's bloodline survived through Voldemort's secret daugther, Delphini, whom he conceived with Bellatrix Lestrange. As of 2020, Delphini was the last known survivor of the Slytherin bloodline.
The most likely reason why Lord Voldemort's nose disappeared and he devolved into such an evil-looking creature is that as he dabbled deeper into the Dark Arts, his appearance gradually became as distorted as what remained of his twisted soul.

Ginny is a pureblood witch born 11 August 1981, the seventh child and only daughter of Arthur and Molly Weasley. She attends Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and is sorted into Gryffindor house, along with the rest of her family.
The scar is no longer dark, and instead has faded almost to his usual skintone. Scars do fade with time, but J.K Rowling wrote in the book that: "The scar had not pained Harry for nineteen years. All was well." Many people believe the fact the scar has gone dormant after he left Hogwarts is why it faded.
