Genderless Pokemon, like Rotom and Golurk, can only breed with Ditto. Same for Pokemon that can only be one gender and have no opposite gender counterparts, like Hitmonchan and Sawk.
So Genderless Pokemon have to be in Egg groups. They can breed with Ditto, meaning Undiscovered is not an option. Ditto was never an option. We're left with only the standard Egg groups.
