You can add or remove group participants if you're a group admin. Admins can also decide if they want to keep their groups open for anyone on WhatsApp to join, or require admin approval for any new participants who want to join.
Any interested person has the right to file a petition in the Probate Court seeking the removal of the fiduciary, be it Executor or Administrator, for cause. Indeed, the Court, on its own motion, may seek to remove the fiduciary.
Go to Security and click "Advanced", go to "Owner" tab. If you want to change the owner to a user or group that is not listed: Click "Change" > "Other user and groups", and type the name of the user or group in "Enter the object name to select", then click "Check Names" > "OK".

If you were the only group admin and left the group, another participant was chosen at random to become the new admin. You can ask the admin to re-invite you to the group and make you a group admin again. If you want to rejoin a group you've left twice, you must wait 24 hours before the group admin can re-invite you.

Add or remove people from the existing group: To add people, enter their names or under Frequent, tap a suggestion. To remove people, tap their name and then Delete.

Check if You Are an Administrator via Settings
Open the Windows System Settings. Open the Accounts tab in the left pane. Next, check the user profile section. You'll see an Administrator tag if the account has administrator rights.
This means that the only way to remove someone from your group texts is for them to opt-out themselves. To do this, they will need to open the conversation in Messages and tap Details in the upper right corner. Then they should select Leave this Conversation near the bottom of the page.
To add yourself as an Admin, go to the Group on Facebook, and then click Members in the left-hand sidebar. You should see yourself in the Members lists. Click the tiny gear icon to the right of your name, and choose Make Admin from the popup menu.
Tap the name of the group conversation at the top. Scroll down and tap See Group Members, then tap Admins. Tap the person you'd like to remove and tap Remove as admin.
In the search box on the taskbar, type Computer Management and select it from the list. Select the arrow next to Local Users and Groups to expand it. Select Users. Right-click Administrator and select Rename.
Try not to be the first person to leave if it's a family or friends group because it may make things awkward when you actually meet people from the group later on. But it's totally acceptable to leave a group abruptly if you've been randomly added by a promotions group or strangers.
The group name is at the top of your screen. Tap ⋮ next to their name. You'll find the names of those in the group at the bottom of your screen under the header "Members." Tap Remove.
