Boruto can use Shadow Clone Jutsu and Rasengan, powers his father worked very hard to learn. He can also summon the giant snake, Garaga, with his Summoning Jutsu. But it is very unlikely for Boruto to win against Deku. Deku can easily evade his Rasengan and even a single punch will be enough to knock him down.
Unlike many other answers, Deku at 100% is closer to Naruto than people think. But Naruto still wrecks him. Death Battle did a fight between Might Guy and All Might, with Guy having to open the eighth gate to beat All Might at his prime. In a brute force match up (hand to hand combat) Deku would put up a good fight.
During his time as the Number One Hero, All Might fought All For One twice and managed to defeat him during both encounters. Without a doubt, he's far stronger than Izuku Midoriya.
The battle between Sasuke and Deku would be quite an easy one; by the end of the series, Sasuke becomes even more powerful than the God-like Madara Uchiha. Sasuke will outmatch Deku in terms of agility, and, when it comes to raw strength, Deku will get demolished.
A lot about One For All doesn't make a lot of sense, though. Goku's power level at the first rank of Super Saiyan blows Deku's cowling away already granting Goku about 5o times his base power and with no real risk to Goku's body.
Deku is a very strong fighter but putting him up against Luffy is like putting a toddler against a WWE pro wrestler. HOWEVER, when deku unlocks all his Quirks and masters them, he could stand a chance against Luffy, but it would NOT be a fair fight, what so ever.
Madara wins. There's nothing anyone in mha can even do. The only things that can harm madara in sosp is taijutsu or sage jutsu. In other words almight or deku could hurt him, but ice or flames like todorokis would do nothing because they lack nature chakra.
Sakura can just spam shadow clone and repeatedly punch Deku from every angle. She can also summon Katsuyu, an overpowered creature that grants Regeneration 1000+ and restores Chakra (We have yet to see Katsuyu's full body). In hand to hand combat, Sakura wins since she has a lot more experience.
Deku wasn't actually going 1,000,000%. He was probably going about 150%, and even that wasn't just because of will power or plot armor. After Deku wakes up, his doctor explains this. It was an adrenaline rush, like how a parent can pick a car up off of their child in extreme circumstances.
After Deku defeats Muscular with his final punch, he wraps the villain up with his Blackwhip and goes to the Daino Police Station, where he turns Muscular over to the police, putting an end to his bloody rampage.
He definitly is faster than the human eye. If the normal capacity of an human is 30-60 fps, so I would put Deku at 9,144-18,288 m/s, or 32,9184-65,8368 km/h.
1 LOSE AGAINST: Superman
In all likelihood, a fight between Deku and Superman would be over almost before it has even started, with Superman ending the fight in the blink of an eye.
Deku, especially, is closing on his peak and has awakened powers that fans never expected him to possess. He is someone worthy of being considered as the strongest hero already and still has more room left to grow.
Bakugo was stronger than Midoriya, though he indicated that Midoriya could eventually surpass him.
Shadow clones won't win the day against Shoto, but a clever combo move will take Shoto by surprise and knock him right out. Anything from toad sage backup to a well-placed Rasengan or the Biju Cloak will get the job done. Naruto's a ninja, after all. He's too slippery for Shoto to handle.
All might merely has super strength, endurance, and speed, but he doesn't have the level of skill and insane abilities like Madara to be able to beat the ninja.
In his base form, Naruto is immensely strong. However, when he combines his Six Paths Sage Mode and his Kurama Mode, he is stronger than anything Luffy will ever face. Even if Luffy were to get 10 more Gears, he still wouldn't be strong enough to stand up to Naruto in this mode.
Dabi can produce the hottest flames in the entire series, so Deku cannot allow himself to get burnt into a crisp. But what doesn't help is that Dabi's fire can also spread very quickly. However, the sickly villain doesn't have much durability.
1 Deku and Bakugo
Since Deku was Quirkless ever since he was a kid, Bakugo often bullied him because of how weak he was. However, after receiving the One For All from All Might, Bakugo's frustration culminated in him eventually acknowledging Deku as a rival when the two fought.
