While proceeds from your sales typically become available within 2 business days of confirming the buyer's payment, eBay may place a transaction hold on funds while it waits to confirm that an item has been successfully delivered to a buyer.
Transaction holds
The funds on hold may be used to refund the buyer for the same transaction. While proceeds from your sales typically become available within 1 day of confirming the buyer's payment, we may place a transaction hold on funds while we ensure a successful transaction.

Do I Need a Bank Account to Sell on eBay? No, bank accounts are not required to sell on eBay. However, it is necessary to have some form of payment method to receive payouts from sales. This can be through PayPal payments, a debit card, or a linked checking account.
