Hela is one of the strongest individuals on Asgard and in the Marvel universe as a whole. Her physical capabilities are superhuman and in fact, the Goddess can never really be defeated because she is capable of teleporting instantly and her spirit has the option of staying out of her body indefinitely.

Who would win, Odin or Ghost Rider? Odin, every day time or place. People have contributed power to Ghost Rider he doesn't have or hasnt shown. Odin has the ability to remove the ghost rider or even return it.
Unfortunately, Thor and Iron Man are both overpowered, and Ghost Rider defeated Thor by using his own Mjolnir.
Not one to submit willingly, Hela burst from the water impaling Surtur numerous times. Surtur dealt the final blow against Hela with his own fiery sword and brought the prophesized Ragnarok to Asgard itself, as Thor and the other remaining Asgardians escaped on their ship.
The Hulk is considered the strongest character in the Marvel universe, but there are some characters that can match the Hulk's strength and power, such as Ghost Rider. The Ghost Rider, however, is not the strongest of the two, and he is able to defeat the Hulk in Banner form.
That Ghost Rider is the Wrath of God, literaly, and only God itself can destroy it. He was even capable of holding his own in a war between God and a worthy opponent. This put Ghost Rider in a level beyond any other Marvel character, including Dormammu.
Marvel Comics recently revealed the All-Rider, the most powerful Ghost Rider variant. This new iteration makes a case for being the most powerful Avenger in the multiverse, but he does have some competition. Many Ghost Rider variants exist in the comics, including some MCU fans likely want to keep on their radar.
Ghost Rider might be extremely powerful but going up against a villain of Darkseid's magnitude would spell trouble for him. Darkseid is as mighty as a god, and it seems that even with Ghost Rider's demon on his side, he wouldn't be an equal match.
For this reason, Johnny and Mephisto are mortal enemies, as this lying demon represents everything Ghost Rider stands against. Zarathos is the demon inside Johnny Blaze that causes him to turn into Ghost Rider.
There is nothing that can harm them except for weapons forged in Heaven. As a matter of fact, Johnny Blaze said in Ghost Riders: Heavens on Fire #6 that God created the Ghost Riders and therefore only God has the power to destroy them.
Although he loses the battle and his Hell Mammoth to the Wendigo, B.C. Ghost Rider would later join the Stone Age Avengers, such as 1,000,000 B. C. Black Panther, to battle the Fallen in MARVEL LEGACY (2017) #1 and the First Host in the pages of AVENGERS (2018).
Hela is weakened without her cloak—so much so she cannot keep herself standing or cast magical power. It's theorized that without her cloak, she cannot leave her two realms.
If we are talking about a Superman and Hela going all out and using all of their potential, then Superman wins by a landslide. Hela is indeed powerful. Even amongst other Asgardians she is quite gifted and powerful. She even helped create the entity Infinity.
The only known beings powerful enough to surpass Hela were her father Odin in his prime and the Fire Demon Surtur at full power. As Odin's firstborn, Hela had a supernatural connection to Asgard and drew power from it, enabling her to perform incredible supernatural feats.
AGELESSNESS AND IMMORTALITY
So long as the Spirit of Vengeance resides inside them, their human host has the potential to physically live forever. As an added bonus, they remain ageless. In Ghost Riders: Heavens on Fire #6, Johnny Blaze states that since God created the Ghost Riders, only God can destroy them.

Superhuman Strength: The Ghost Rider possesses superhuman strength sufficient to lift up to 25 tons under normal circumstances, nevertheless if desired he could, given the divine nature of his powers increase them to incalculable levels.

The super strength, durability, and hellfire is enough. However, that's not what Wanda should be worried about. The Penance Stare is the one that would take Wanda out.
Despite the Ghost Rider's power and Johnny's dedication, Doctor Strange would win the day. However, there is one stipulation to this. Doctor Strange couldn't beat Johnny Blaze as he currently is. The Ghost Rider is the King of Hell right now, and he has access to a far deeper well of power as a consequence.
Galactus would win in a fight against Ghost Rider. Even though both have somewhat unlimited power and can be considered immortal, Galactus' powers are on a completely different level. He is vastly more powerful than Ghost Rider. Even when he experiences death, he is capable of resurrecting himself.

Ghost Rider would beat the Silver Surfer. Silver Surfer has nothing in his arsenal that could kill the Ghost Rider. By contrast, the Ghost Rider is superior to the Silver Surfer in terms of stamina, invulnerability, and physiology.
Deadpool is virtually immortal thanks to an array of different factors, but Ghost Rider's abilities come straight from Hell. There are many ways Ghost Rider can hurt Deadpool, but one way he did it in the comics was with the penance stare, which caused Deadpool to feel the pain of those he's hurt in the past.
