Don't be afraid to ask for the impossible. God is in the business of the impossible, and there is nothing beyond His reach. That doesn't mean He'll always do what you ask Him to do, and there are uncountable reasons why He might say no.
Jeremiah 33:3 (The Message)
When you're put in an impossible situation, your talent, logic, and education won't solve your problem. Only God can. That's why you pray and ask God for his supernatural help. God told Jeremiah, who lived at the same time as Daniel, “Call to me and I will answer you.
When fear and doubt come upon us, remember that God specializes in doing the impossible. Everything from health or financial problems, to restoring relationships or finding our destiny, the Lord is perfectly aware of our worries and has more than enough wisdom and power to take care of it.
Matthew 17:20: “Nothing will be impossible.” Matthew 19:26: “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Mark 10:27: “With men it is impossible, but not with God.” Luke 1:37: “With God nothing will be impossible.”
Scripture gives us the authority to claim our miracle whether it is physical healing, reconciliation with a friend or loved one, financial provision, wisdom at work, or even something as seemingly impossible as world peace. Every situation imaginable has an applicable promise in the Bible.
A Miracle Prayer for the Impossible
God, please bring a miracle into my life. I know that you can do the impossible in my life and I am trusting in your promises. Thank you for being a God who sees and hears my every need. In Jesus' name, amen.
Allow God to remind you who He is and what He promises, and then be honest with Him. You can tell God how you feel and in what areas of your life you are struggling to trust Him. First, it is good to acknowledge that His character is good and trustworthy. You can agree with Him that all He says is true.
Dear heavenly Father, we praise you for your promises of steadfast love, daily mercies, and doing the impossible, for we need all three. Because of your steadfast love for us in Jesus, we have incomparable peace. Because of your daily mercies, we have the freedom to be vulnerable.
By reason of the anointing empowered by our mutual faith in the God of all possibilities who has given our Lord a name that is greater and higher than all names, all the irreversible shall be reversed today, In Jesus Name. Isaiah 10:17,27; Ezekiel 34:27.
In this powerful book, Linda Evans Shepherd shows readers how to reach out to God and ask for a miracle. She shows how God's miracles may not come packaged in the ways we would expect, but they do come in ways that will transform our lives.
There are times when we can say, “Your will be done” without having to struggle. Yet, for all Christians, there are times when, like Jesus, we find “Thy will be done” to be one of the hardest prayers ever.
Miracle Prayer #1
Lord Almighty, I pray for instant miracles that will turn the supposed disadvantages in my life to advantages. Your miracles will touch all parts of my life and testimonies will not be far from my mouth in my long life Father.
God cannot perform logical absurdities; he cannot, for instance, make 1+1=3. Likewise, God cannot make a being greater than himself because he is, by definition, the greatest possible being. God is limited in his actions to his nature. The Bible, in passages such as Hebrews 6:18, says it is "impossible for God to lie."
Of course, it's good to ask for God's blessing and to be childlike in our faith, but God pleads with His people to get specific with Him when they pray! In First John 5:14, the Bible tells us that if we ask anything according to His will, God hears us.
God allows, and even desires, our questions because He knows we sometimes need clarification to understand His will. One example is the disciple often referred to as “Doubting Thomas.” Thomas missed Jesus' resurrected appearance to His disciples.
The most effective, prayer, the one that is always answered is this: ""Father, glorify Your name. "" ""Answer my cry, O Lord, in a way that will accomplish Your will, for Your will is good, acceptable, and perfect. It is best for You and therefore, best for me and any others who may be affected by this prayer.
Prayers in uncertain times
Lord, when I am uncertain about what I should do, show me your ways. When I don't know which way to turn, teach me and show me. In everything I do, I ask you to guide me. I want to trust you and I ask that you would protect me.
Sometimes God is silent because we aren't ready for the message. He wants to talk to us about something, but we aren't ready. We have to go through refining trials to make us ready to listen. God is sometimes silent because He knows we aren't willing to obey.
Because He knows this and loves us, He doesn't usually interfere with the consequences of our choices. If He forced us to make the right decisions, it would be impossible for us to grow and reach our divine potential. It would be impossible to live by faith in Him and His plan for our happiness.
I want to say it again — wherever faith is present, the impossible is doable. When I hear someone say something is impossible, I inwardly laugh, because I personally know that we serve a God who does the impossible! Jesus said, “… If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth” (Mark 9:23).
The most effective prayer, the one that is always answered, is this: “Father, glorify Your name.” “Answer my cry, O Lord, in a way that will accomplish Your will, for Your will is good, acceptable, and perfect. It is best for You, and therefore best for me and any others who may be affected by this prayer.
If you need a miracle in your life today, open your mouth and ask heaven to rain down in your life. Be specific about your needs. YOU DON'T HAVE TO UNDERSTAND MIRACLES IN ORDER FOR GOD TO SEND ONE YOUR WAY.
Oh, Holy Mary, Mother of God, Queen of Heaven and Earth, I humbly beseech you from the bottom of my heart to succour me in my necessity (make request). There are none that can withstand your power. Oh, Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee (Say 3 times).
