How is Moon Water Used? Boil your moon water and drink it in your favorite tea to increase energy and/or heal any minor ailments you may have.
In your tea: To realign from the inside out with the moon's energy, you can boil your moon water for your next cup of tea. To cleanse crystals: The full moon is great for recharging and cleansing your crystals, as is moon water.
Fill it with water, preferably spring or distilled. Set your intentions. Set the bottle out overnight during your chosen moon phase. Seal the bottle and sip, spritz, or use in a ritual.
After you create your Moon water, you can drink it to absorb the energy back into yourself, or you can pour it in a bath and add herbs that correspond to what you're manifesting (like roses for love, mint for money, or eucalyptus for cleansing and healing).
You can create Moon water by leaving water outdoors to charge under the moonlight. Because the Moon affects the ocean's tides, there's already an energetic connection between the element of water and the Moon.
So moon water is typically created during a full moon, when the moon shines brightest, but it can be made during any of the moon's phases. Some moon enthusiasts suggest you avoid making moon water during a lunar eclipse, especially if you're doing it for the purpose of harnessing positive energy.
Since it is believed both moon and water have calming and soothing properties; and form an elemental balance, they can help in overcoming hormonal imbalance. Other than that, moon water can help in revitalizing and cleansing your energy.

Making Moon Water
Let the moon charge your water overnight! Be sure to bring your moon water inside before the sun rises. Use your moon water to water your plants, take a bath, make tea, and many other things, all the while reflecting on your set intention.
The Moon's poles have permanently shadowed regions that never receive sunlight, where spacecraft have detected large amounts of water ice. Future astronauts could use the ice for air, water, and propellant.
"If you live by a nearby stream or river, gently dip your container in the water source and fill it with fresh water," she says. "If you don't live near fresh water, tap water or bottled water will also work. If you are planning on making consumable moon water, I recommend using tap, filtered, or bottled water."
You should boil your cup immersed in water for 5-7 minutes before using it for the first time and after you finish your period. It's a good idea to have a pan you specifically use for this purpose. It's also handy to set a timer to make sure you don't overboil your cup – if left to boil too long, it can burn.
To sterilize your menstrual cup you need to boil it for 2-3 minutes before your first use and before (or after) your period each month. You should clean your cup by rinsing and wiping it dry each time you empty it.

The simplest way to use the full moon to cleanse and charge is very simply to leave the stone out in a space where the light of the full moon will hit it. (With multiple stones, make sure they are separate, not in a pile!)
How do you make a power wish? “Write your wishes in your favourite notebook on the day of the new or full moon. Don't write them in advance because they won't have any impact. Writing them down up to 10 hours within a new or full moon is best but if not, within 24 hours is also fine.
