The toothpaste is safe for metals, so it can be used on dentures and partials. This product is specially formulated to clean dentures and partials outside of the mouth. Clean over a sink half-filled with water and a soft-bristled brush to prevent damage if dropped.
Use a non-abrasive denture cleaner, not toothpaste. Be careful not to scrub too hard as this may cause grooves in the surface. Make sure you brush all the surfaces of the dentures, including the surface that fits against your gums. This is especially important if you use any kind of denture fixative.
Rinse and brush your dentures every day
Gently brush your dentures to clean them. Do not use toothpaste as it can be abrasive and scratch your dentures. However, brushing your dentures every day is essential for their maintenance. Having said that, avoid brushing them too hard.
Use a soft-bristled regular toothbrush and warm water to brush your dentures. Rinse your dentures after every meal to help eliminate any leftover food and prevent bacteria from growing. Soak your dentures in an antibacterial solution for a few hours each day.
Ideally, it is recommended that you use a regular soft bristled toothbrush to clean your dentures as they're considerably more gentle than electric toothbrushes and dentures can be easily damaged.

Regardless of the type of dentures you're using, wearing them in your sleep is a bad idea, and will cause you a number of health issues down the line. To keep your mouth bacteria-free, your gums healthy, and your bones unaltered and strong, make sure to remove your dentures every night before going to sleep.
Any time dentures are going to be out of your mouth for an extended period of time, they should be kept in water or a denture solution. If they are allowed to dry out, they may become brittle and warped. Ideally, dentures should only be soaked overnight and put back in your mouth the following morning.
There is no rule against brushing your dentures without removing them. Doing so is unlikely to cause any harm as long as you use a very soft-bristled brush and avoid abrasive cleaning agents.
Please note that other cleaners can damage your dentures, including regular toothpaste, bleach, vinegar and some soaps. But even with a denture cleaner, you'll want to thoroughly rinse it off before putting your dentures back in.

Generally you should wear your dentures for at least 8 hours a day. This will give your gums and jawbone time to get used to the dentures and prevent sore spots from developing. It is best to take them out at night so that your gums can rest. You should also remove them for eating, drinking, brushing and flossing.
Most dentures, however, need to be soaked every night. Soaking helps dentures retain their shape. If they become too dry, dentures may not fit properly. Soaking in plain water may be acceptable for some dentures, and others may need to soak in a special solution designed for the purpose.
Storing dentures in water when you are not using them helps to keep your dentures free of bacteria as well as making sure they keep their shape. When dentures are not stored in water, they can become dry and brittle. This can cause them to crack or break.
Prevent bacterial growth – Since bacteria accumulate on your dentures, leaving them in causes bad breath and gum disease. Also, taking your dentures out each night allows your soft tissues to breathe and gives them a “bacteria-free break,” which will keep them significantly healthier.
When dentures are not moist, they start losing their shape. So while you eliminate them from the mouth, you must store them in a liquid-filled container at night. Soaking dentures in tap or distilled water makes them as functional and clean as possible.
Cleaning with a normal toothbrush and toothpaste can be abrasive and cause damages, leading to an increased chance of bacteria forming and a displeasing look to your dentures. Abrasive toothpaste can also increase stain adherence on dentures.
