Going to a previous iOS version requires you to erase all of the data on your iPhone. Backing up your iPhone ensures you won't lose any of your data such as your photos, contacts, and installed apps. You will be prompted to restore your backup during the setup process.
To downgrade from iOS 15 to 14, you first need to download the right version for your model of iPhone. To downgrade your iPhone from iOS 16 to iOS 15, you basically need to erase your current phone and then restore it with the new operating system. In order not to lose any of the data on your iPhone, you'll need to have made a backup before you installed the iOS 16 beta.

If you can't find the option to uninstall the updates, you need to uninstall the app and download an older version of the app Android. You can't get older versions of Apps from the Google Play Store, but you can get them from third-party app stores or websites such as ApkMirror, ApkPure, etc.
Hi. Your phone will just update with the newest iOS software available for it. If something bad happens during the software update you will lost all your data ( medias, apps, contacts messages). That's why it's always recommended to backup your data first before updating.
Note: If you're on the latest iOS version, you won't find the option to delete the update. Additionally, the update can be deleted only if it's downloaded. Installing the update will remove the option to delete it.
If you've recently installed a Windows update and you are having a problem, here's how to uninstall the update to try to resolve the issue: Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates .
If you plan to go straight to iOS 16, you don't need to download iOS 15.7 first. The bug fixes mentioned within the release notes are all contained within iOS 16 too. You can just hit the Upgrade to iOS 16 option that sits below iOS 15.7.
