You can even mix equal amounts of fruit Amla and clean water in a cup and stir properly. Rinse orally as often as you'd like to build the gum strength. You can even use coconut oil to massage your gums. This will also help you build gum strength and may tighten the loose teeth fast.
Dr. Mark Burhenne, from Ask the Dentist, says, “If you brush after you pull, you'll actually get rid of the good bacteria you just worked to support.”9 With this in mind, brushing then swishing may be best.
