It is important to keep in mind that alcohol, not wine as a general concept, is haram in Islam. Intoxicating substances are prohibited. It is important to remember that traces of alcohol (ethanol) are naturally present in fruits, fruit juice, and bread, usually in quantities less than 0.5%.
However, the dominant belief in Islam is that, not only is the consumption of alcohol in any of its forms forbidden, but Muslims should avoid even indirect association with alcohol.
Khamr refers to substances that cause intoxication, and since non-alcoholic wine lacks alcohol, it doesn't possess intoxicating properties. Therefore, non-alcoholic wine doesn't fall under the category of Khamr, making it permissible for Muslims to consume, provided it meets all other halal requirements and guidelines.

Nevertheless, Islamic scholars have tended to regard dogs' saliva as impure; practically, this means anything licked by a dog necessitates washing. There is a general consensus among Sunni and Shia fiqh experts that Surah Al-Baqarah 221 and Surat Al‑Mumtahanah 10 ban Muslim women from marrying non-Muslim men. This consensus is still standing strong. On the other hand, the Quran allows Muslim men to marry non-Muslim women (“People of the Book”).
Food and drink that are halal have been prepared and cooked according to guidelines and don't contain any prohibited ingredients. But when it comes to beverages, alcohol is a big no-no and any drink that contains it is considered haram.

For white wine substitute white grape juice mixed with ginger ale or chicken broth. For rum substitute molasses with pineapple juice and almond extract. For red wine substitute chicken broth or beef broth or grape juice or even tomato juice. Cooks can also combine grape juice with chicken or beef broth.
i) Alcohol was never mentioned as haram in the Quran and hadiths. The only words used to define alcoholic beverages are intoxicants and intoxicated. ii) Any product consumed by Muslims is considered haram whenever it fulfils the two factors mentioned in the Quran and hadith, which are intoxicants and intoxicated.
It was not until 1524 the ban on coffee consumption was lifted. Mufti Mehmet Ebussuud el-Imadi, the grand scholar of Sulat Selim I's reign in the Ottoman Empire, issued a fatwa declaring coffee acceptable. To this day, coffee remains halal and is consumed by all Muslims worldwide.
Although kombucha has a low alcohol content, Muslims consider it halal because its production is a by-product of a natural fermentation process. Because this process occurs naturally and produces such low alcohol levels that it would not make you intoxicated, many Muslims consider it for consumption.
There is nothing wrong in having soft drinks such as Coca Cola as long as they do not contain alcohol.
