In conclusion, Nezuko cannot beat Akaza in Demon Slayer. In terms of power, physical abilities, regeneration rate and overall combat ability, Akaza is far superior compared to Nezuko.
Nezuko's Pyrokinesis aside, her viciously sharp claws slice through flesh like butter, and her powerful kicks can even obliterate an Upper-Moon, so she's far from harmless.
Muichiro can defeat Akaza easily with his petite body that leverages his speed. Moreover, his ability of Transparent World can aid him in landing a fatal blow on Akaza's weak spot.
Nezuko, at that stage, was able to go toe-to-toe with her, and now that she had transformed, she could easily defeat Susamaru. Her Blood Demon Art only affects demons and not humans. Therefore, she could use that to stop Susamaru from regenerating. In theory, she could use this to defeat any demon.
Akaza outclasses Nezuko in all aspects except one: sun reststance. Unlike Akaza, Nezuko has conquered the sun, making her pretty much impossible to kill w/o demon-reverting medicine.
Nezuko's rankings in the popularity polls are as follows: Nezuko ranked 3rd place in the first popularity poll with 3,319 votes. Nezuko ranked 11th place in the second popularity poll with 5,000 votes.
The only upper moon that Nezuko can defeat is Daki, it was shown that she was indeed stronger. However, she doesn't stand a chance against the other upper moons.
It says Nezuko is immune to Muzan's ability just like Tamayo. Nezuko was able to break the hold Kibutsuji has on her just like other demons.
Nezuko's Strength
Despite being a demon, Nezuko has found several ways to circumvent the negative consequences of her condition. Her strong willpower is easily her greatest trait, as with it she was able to resist the urge to feed on blood and instead regains her strength through extended sleep.
2 Nezuko Kamado Can't Defeat The Uchiha Prodigy
Nezuko would last longer against Itachi than some demons might expect, but she would have no hope of winning. Itachi's combined Susanoo and Amaterasu would overwhelm her in the fight and then Itachi would retreat into cover to rest until the next fight.
At the end of the day, none of the Hashira could've defeated Akaza – even though a few of them could've succeeded in decapitating him. Akaza proved himself to be too strong to be dragged into sunlight, meaning there'd be no way for any of the Hashira to kill him.
Akaza is a major antagonist in the manga/anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is a demon serving directly under Muzan Kibutsuji, and currently holds the position of Upper Rank Three of the Twelve Kizuki.
While Tanjiro's attitude to demons may have changed with Nezuko's death, his human relationships would probably remain similar. His anger and compassion could co-exist, which realistically would lead to him making the same connections as he did with Nezuko's companionship.
While she might not be as powerful as Muzan himself, her overall strength makes her easily comparable to an Upper rank demon.
Apart from Tanjiro, the show centers on his younger sister Nezuko Kamado, turned into a demon by Muzan Kibutsuji. Demons are incapable of walking out in broad daylight because the sunlight will burn them into the ashes. However, Nezuko has immunity against the sun, so she was given the name “The Chosen Demon”.
1 Exploding Blood/Pyrokinesis Blood Demon Art
By far, this is Nezuko's most damaging technique when it comes to fighting her own kind.
Nezuko is ridiculously strong since she could single-handedly drive Daki into a corner. Her transformation grants her enhanced speed and strength and a much faster regeneration rate. That being said, Tanjiro will undoubtedly outclass Nezuko in terms of his overall ability to fight.
However, the trait that sets her apart from all other demons is the fact that she has the ability to conquer the sun, prompting the Demon King to call her the "chosen demon". Abnormal Demon Physiology: As the "chosen demon", Nezuko has several unique demonic traits that set her apart from all other demons.
Secondly, Muzan would probably… eat Nezuko and Tanjiro in the hopes of obtaining their sun-resistance abilities, and also since he wouldn't be able to convince them to become demons to work under him. This would allow him to become the ultimate demon.
Tanjiro decapitates Akaza with the Hinokami Kagura: Setting Sun Transformation. Akaza was bewildered, wondering how Tanjiro did not have any fighting spirit, comparing this feeling to fighting against a plant. He acknowledges that Tanjiro surpassed his speed.
After being turned into a demi-demon, Nezuko exhibited a skill and fearlessness that belied her youth. It also suggests she is prime Hashira material.
Weakness: Weaknesses associated with Demon Physiology, however the weakness to sunlight was eventually overcome. Nezuko's flames appear to only work on Demons and demon-based abilities, while harmlessly affecting humans. Using too much blood for her Blood Art can make her fall asleep.
However, in the Demon Slayer manga Muzan reveals his motivation for attacking the Kamado family. It turns out that Muzan attacked the Kamado family and specifically turned Nezuko into a demon in an attempt to create a demon that would be able to withstand being in the sunlight.
4 Akaza & Goku Would Probably Get Along Very Well, But If They Ever Crossed Each Other, Goku Would Walk Away With Another Win Under His Belt.
