I think Odin wins this fight with Mid to High difficulty. He is a powerful Multiversal+ Immortal God who has a whole bunch of OP feats and abilities that places him well above the likes of Ghostrider.
Proteus would try to possess the Cosmic Ghost Rider, since a body with that power could hold Proteus for a long time. If that weren't possible, Proteus has more than enough power to destroy the Cosmic Ghost Rider.
Ghost Rider wins in a fight against Thor. Even though Thor is physically stronger than Ghost Rider, Thor has nothing in terms of magic to throw at him due to Ghost Rider's immunity to most types of damage and his ability to reassemble himself even after the most severe damage.
Galactus would win in a fight against Odin.
Ghost rider would win due to one major thing hela cannot kill him at all even if she has the power of Asgard she is not beyond the power of the rider his penance star will make short work of her in no time also she has killed a lot of innocent people along with enemies of Asgard so she is not safe from it.
In Ghost Riders: Heavens on Fire #6, Johnny Blaze states that since God created the Ghost Riders, only God can destroy them.
Marvel Comics recently revealed the All-Rider, the most powerful Ghost Rider variant. This new iteration makes a case for being the most powerful Avenger in the multiverse, but he does have some competition. Many Ghost Rider variants exist in the comics, including some MCU fans likely want to keep on their radar.
That is exactly what the goddess Hel was. Being the daughter of Loki already made her very powerful. However, in her realm of the underworld, this half-decaying goddess was said to be even more powerful than Odin and many other Norse gods.
When Mangog threatened Asgard anew, Odin led his forces against him but ultimately perished at Mangog's hands. However, when the Olympian death god Pluto tried to conquer Asgard, Hela restored Odin to life to stop him.
Odin is Marvel's most powerful Skyfather, which is further confirmation that he is stronger than the Hulk when you take a look at the next entry on this list and what he is capable of against the Green Goliath.
1 DOCTOR STRANGE: The Sorcerer Supreme
Despite the Ghost Rider's power and Johnny's dedication, Doctor Strange would win the day.
Equipment. Hell Cycle: Ghost Rider's main method of transportation, which is made up of hellfire. It leaves behind trails of hellfire wherever it goes (which incinerates anything), and can be used to run over enemies. While Hulk is known for his superhuman strength, the Ghost Rider is a powerful yet weak character. Both can defeat the other, but the Hulk has the upper hand. The Hulk is more capable of withstand the attack of the Ghost Rider, and he is not prone to knockouts.
It is Mephisto's manipulations that led to Johnny Blaze first becoming the Ghost Rider and his stepfather's death, on the heels of demonic trickery. For this reason, Johnny and Mephisto are mortal enemies, as this lying demon represents everything Ghost Rider stands against.
Cosmic Ghost Rider commands even greater power. This Frank Castle variant not only functions as the Spirit of Vengeance's avatar, but he also possesses the Power Cosmic. The omnipotent power Galactus bestowed on him gives him agency over matter, energy, and reality to some extent. It also heightens the Penance Stare.
Odin's Achilles heel is his weakness to Force. As is the case from here on out, Physical damage has better scaling than Magic, so bringing brawlers to the fight instead of Force users is viable.
While Odin was strong during his prime, Thor was just naturally stronger than him. They don't call Thor the mightiest out of all of the Asgardians for nothing because he is actually a lot stronger than his father in terms of his physical capabilities.
All things considered, Zeus is certainly on Odin's level, so as long as Marvel portrays him accurately, he should be one of the MCU's most powerful characters.
The trivial answer is that Odin cannot lose to Zeus because Zeus is not Fenrir and, according to Norse mythology, Odin has been prophesied to be swallowed by Fenrir in Ragnarok. Odin cannot die before then so Zeus cannot win.
If it came down to it and Odin saw Scarlett Witch as a threat to the Universe and Multiverse and decided to try and take her down, who would win? Odin. Odin could probably kill her but not in a strait up fight.
Why is Zeus the strongest god? Zeus is the strongest of the gods in the Ancient Greek religion because he has both power and intelligence. He is able to ensure that he is not replaced by another, more powerful deity. He is also able to ensure the allegiance of many other gods by giving them rights and privileges.
While Ghost Rider is able to defeat the Marvel comics version of Mephisto or Satan, DC's Lucifer is a different character altogether. He is portrayed as both hero and villain, a fallen archangel who is one of the most powerful characters in the DC universe.
