Currently he can't, cause even if he still has the six paths he cannot use the six path sage mode since to use it you need to have the original sage mode that's why he never used six paths sage mode in the past and he instead got six paths rinnegan.
The Six Paths Technique also requires a great deal of practice to hone and master in its entirety, due to the sheer diversity of powers that come with it, something that Sasuke has no real need of owing to how proficient he is with his main arsenal of jutsu and his visual prowess with the Mangekyo Sharingan.

Sasuke's Rinnegan grants him two unique abilities: “Space-Time Ninjutsu and Amenotejikara.” Space-Time Ninjutsu allows him to manipulate space and time in a continuous sequence.
Using his right eye, Sasuke can use a jutsu called Kagutsuchi. This technique allows him to manipulate the shape and form of the black flames that he produces. As such, Sasuke gains full control over the black flames of Amaterasu, making him an even better user of this power than his brother, Itachi Uchiha.

Madara's Rinnegan permitted him to use a power called Limbo: Hengoku. This ability allowed him to summon clones of himself from a different dimension. These clones couldn't be sensed or seen by anyone, except for those with the Rinnegan or Six Paths Senjutsu.

Even after distributing his own power between Naruto and Sasuke, Hagoromo had enough chakra to summon the dead Kage from the pure lands and break the Edo Tensei. Without a doubt, he's the strongest Rinnegan user in the Naruto expanded universe.
By meeting the conditions set by Hagoromo, the last Uchiha survivor managed to procure half of the former's Chakra, which resulted in him awakening his unique six-tomoe Rinnegan.
The Rinnegan is one of the most powerful dojutsus and has allowed Sasuke to perform some impressive sets of techniques that he can no longer perform. Without the Rinnegan, Sasuke would be much weaker when compared to his best form.
At best, Sasuke might be slightly stronger than Naruto without Kurama. However, in the worst case scenario, he might be substantially weaker than the Seventh Hokage. A fair comparison can only be made once both these characters display their true strength after the loss of Kurama and Rinnegan in the Boruto series.
