In the MCU, Scarlet Witch may put up a good fight, but Thor wins majority if not all of the fights. Scarlet Witch is definitely powerful but she is a glass cannon, one Stormbreaker strike and she dies.
Thor's immense strength, combat prowess, control over lightning, and enchanted hammer, Mjolnir, make him a formidable opponent against Scarlet Witch. In Avengers: Age of Ultron, he demonstrated his ability to resist her reality-warping powers and even physically overpower her.
Thor is strong; Wanda is powerful. Power doesn't have to mean raw strength, but the tremendous demonstration of one's own ability. Thor could beat Wanda in an arm wrestling contest, but Thor is still susceptible to Wanda's mind powers. And we've seen that before, in Avengers: Age of Ultron.
The Odin Force — the power of the All-Father — is much more powerful than Scarlet Witch.
However, Odin and Mjolnir may still have the last laugh since, by negating the spell, the Scarlet Witch could potentially remove the hammer's ability to grant its wielders Thor's power. So, while she could technically lift Mjolnir, Wanda might just end up turning Thor's mighty hammer into an extra-heavy paperweight!
Not even remotely, comics or MCU. Wanda's power might let her move Mjolnir… bat it aside, encase it in an energy shell and move it about, but she cannot use it as a weapon, or gain a copy of Thor's power. With her power still in her, she would never be worthy.
Hela Was Worthy Enough to Destroy Mjolnir
But the impactful scene in Thor: Ragnarok depicts Hela catching Mjolnir in mid-air before then crushing it to pieces. Odin previously told Thor the power of the Uru metal had no equal. Clearly, however, that was an overstatement, considering Hela destroys the hammer with ease.
7 CANNOT BEAT: Zeus
All things considered, Scarlet Witch might just be out of her element in this fight, as Zeus is an actual god while she's a person who derived her powers from the Mind Stone.
Hercules / Zeus
While not cosmic (none of that on this list!), he can survive the vacuum of space and resist cosmic attacks. He ranks above Thor here because he's technically the stronger of the two. In fact, he is considered by many authorities to be the physically strongest character Marvel has ever created.
That's not to say Loki would crumble. Physically, he is stronger than Scarlet Witch, but if these two titans ever go up against each other in the battlefield of the mind, I think Scarlet Witch will come out on top — at least the first time. You can fool Loki once, but he is nothing if not infinitely adaptable.
While it may not be permanent without some assistance, Spider-Man can easily beat Scarlet Witch, and her greatest weakness proves it.
Wanda was considered to be the Nexus Being of Earth-616, but there were still forces far more powerful than her. Perhaps the most obvious character that was more powerful than the Scarlet Witch was the One Above All, who acted as the "god" of the Marvel universe.
While they always survived the battle, the heroes could never beat Wanda in a fight and Thor is no different. It's only gotten worse as she's become more powerful, as her reality altering ability trumps his godly might.
If the Goddess of Death and the Scarlet Witch ever met in battle, the Goddess Hela would win. The victory wouldn't be as outright as some might believe because Wanda Maximoff is an incredibly powerful witch and would put up a good fight.
Scarlet Power
As her powers likely come at least in part from the Mind Stone inside of Loki's scepter, Wanda's abilities include telekinesis, energy manipulation, and some form of neuroelectric interfacing that allows her to both read thoughts and also give her targets waking nightmares.
Thor is Immortal, Not Invincible
In Avengers: Infinity War, Thor revealed that he was over 1500 years old. It's clear that age doesn't affect him the way it does normal mortals, as with most immortals, he is aging at a slower rate. While Thor will eventually die, it will take thousands of years for it to happen.
Spider-Man has fought by Thor's side many times. He knows how the Norse god fights, and he knows that it would be impossible for him to beat Thor. He's smart enough to know the only hope he'd have against Thor is with a group, one that would distract the god long enough for Spider-Man to make a difference in the fight.
Captain America
Cap is one of the few mortals able to not only lift Mjolnir but wield its full power, making him someone who can beat Thor. Assuming the reason for their battle is because Thor is possessed or tricked, Cap would be able to use Mjolnir against him.
Odin has pretty clearly been shown to be demonstrable more powerful than the other gods. Odin's Odinforce has far outstripped anything Zeus's magical lightning bolts have ever done.
scarlet witch versus doomsday who wins doomsday is going to take the physical fight here every single time just 10 times out of 10 i mean the guy can outmuscle superman. he can out react wonder woman he can survive nuclear bombs there's nothing scarlet witch can hope to do in that.
Wanda Maximoff Is the Most Powerful MCU Character
Since its inception, the MCU has frequently introduced heroes and villains weaker than their comic book counterparts.
The canon proves that Wanda Maximoff does become a villain several times, but she almost always finds her way back to the side of heroism. She awakens from a brainwashed state and decides to spend time in solitude after the events of Avengers Disassembled, but officially returns to the Avengers in Avengers vs. X-Men.
Other than Thor and Odin, certain other individuals have proven worthy of lifting Mjolnir in the primary continuity: Roger "Red" Norvell (a deliberate ruse by Odin) Beta Ray Bill. Buri (also known as Tiwaz, Thor's great-grandfather)
Captain Marvel, aka Shazam, is one of the most powerful heroes DC has to offer. He's on Superman's level, though Shazam's powers are derived from magic. However, being powerful is not what makes Shazam worthy of Mjolnir. In fact, Shazam is not the one who is worthy of the hammer; Billy Batson is.
