Shazam would be able to overpower Loki, but once the God of Mischief realizes what he's dealing with, he'll formulate a strategy that will allow him to defeat Shazam. Loki would allow Shazam just enough leeway to think the fight was won before springing his true trap and taking the hero down.
But even that will only get him so far. In fact, in Alex Ross' Kingdom Come graphic novel, Shazam was brainwashed by Lex Luthor. Superman was the only hero in the entire Justice League even remotely strong enough to defeat him — but just barely.
The greatest and most challenging foe Loki has faced is perhaps his own brother, Thor. While the two were raised as siblings by Odin, envy drove Loki's desire to overthrow Thor., Loki is frequently defeated by the god of thunder, but is never discouraged from persevering in his efforts.
Black Adam would win in a fight against Shazam. He's stronger, more invulnerable to bodily harm, wiser, and a better combatant with more experience than Shazam. Moreover, Black Adam doesn't hold back since his moral compass is a bit askew. This makes him more lethal than Shazam ever would be.
Lose: Loki
Not to mention if he were to ever come into close contact with Loki, Batman would undoubtedly win, as Loki is not at all skilled in hand-to-hand combat. Loki is not an easy force to go up against, but fans could see Batman outsmarting him.
Really, this wouldn't be much of a fight. There's exactly nothing the Joker could do to hurt Loki. Joker is a ruthless and cunning man, but he's still just a man.
Loki. Loki (Tom Hiddleston) and Doctor Strange have very different forms of magic, which makes comparing them somewhat difficult, but in the end, Loki takes the crown with his mischievous skills and 1500 years of experience.
It may seem strange, but despite his reliance on lightning for his power, Billy is highly susceptible to electricity. This means that if he is hit with a powerful enough blast of electricity, Shazam will be transformed back into Billy Batson.
Strength. Class 100 +. As Captain Marvel his strength is on par with Superman. When he received the upgrade to Lord Marvel and became the keeper of the Rock of Eternity he was one of the strongest beings in the Universe.
Z: Zeus (Power)
Zeus is the godhead of the Greek pantheon, and it doesn't get much godlier than that. As such, all of Shazam's stranger powers can be attributed to Zeus.
4 FLASH WOULD BEAT: Loki
Loki constantly uses his magical background to either aid or ail his brother, more often the former. Loki's cunning mind is one of his most powerful assets, but facing off against someone who is able to move faster than he could think would put him at a disadvantage.
Spider-Man has fought some of the most dangerous foes out there, but his battle with Loki was one of his most unconventional. He tried to fight Loki like he normally would but this was pretty hopeless, as Loki is Spider-Man's superior in every way.
Thor wins. Not only is Thor a better combatant and more experienced, but he also can be stronger than Shazam by using Megingjord to augment his superhuman strength. Additionally, Thor is more invulnerable than Shazam and has a better understanding and grasp of magical and mystical energies.

Shazam's sworn archenemy, Doctor Sivana uses both science and magic to carry out his evil schemes. Shazam may be the World's Mightiest Mortal, but there's one villain who has consistently given him a run for his money—the evil genius known as Doctor Thaddeus Sivana.
Originally, Shazam was a powerful wizard of ancient Egyptian/Canaanite origin whose birth name was Jebediah. As a child, he was bestowed the powers of Gods of Canaanite origin and was referred to as simply the Champion, growing up to becoming an ancient hero and keeper of the Rock of Eternity.
Shazam is just one of many DC heroes the Hulk could defeat. Hulk hits hard and gets mad when he gets hit. That means he gets stronger. Shazam can take some shots, but even if he tries to get some separation or use his superspeed or flight, the Hulk is still extremely hard to hurt.
He can overcome tremendous physical resistance. This superhuman ability lends to his ability to stay as Captain Marvel for elongated periods of time, survive in space and fight seemingly endless battles such as his fight with the Spectre or Black Adam. Is Zachary Levi's portrayal of Shazam comic accurate?
Captain Marvel, the comic's lead feature, introduced audiences to Billy Batson, an orphaned 12-year-old boy who, by speaking the name of the ancient wizard Shazam, is struck by a magic lightning bolt and transformed into the adult superhero Captain Marvel.
Even though Superman is often considered the most powerful character in the DC Universe, Shazam definitely comes close, and he can even beat the Man of Steel. And with a massive power upgrade, there's no question that Shazam can meet Superman blow for blow—despite the upgrade's terrible side effects.
When Teth-Adam says the magic word "Shazam", he is transformed into the Mighty Adam, a superpowered being possessing the same powers that Captain Marvel would later be granted; however, the Mighty Adam is soon corrupted by the vastness of his powers.
Bullets have no effect on Billy, and conventional weaponry does nothing to his physical body as well. Only the most powerful of superhumans can topple him. He withstood a punch from an enraged Superman without any noticeable pain and injury afterwards.

1 Thanos Always Beats Asgardians, Including Loki
Loki's tricks work against many but not against Thanos. In a battle of wills, Thanos is always going to win against Loki. In a physical battle, Loki can't stand up to Thanos either. Try as he might, Loki just can't stand up to Thanos's power.
Hela would win in a fight against Thanos. She is an incredibly powerful and skilled fighter. As the Goddess of Death, she has immense strength, durability, and regenerative abilities. She is also a master of weapons, particularly her lethal blades.
