Other Marvel characters have lifted Mjolnir not through worthiness but through technicalities such as absorbing Thor's powers, including the Air-Walker, Awesome Android, Magneto, Rogue, Wonder Man, and Doctor Doom.
Alive for millennia, Thor has been fighting evil for a very long time and there are few who can match his skill. This is one of those fights where Venom just can't hurt Thor. He might be able to slow him down, but Thor's sheer might, combined with the power of Mjolnir, would be too much for Venom to handle.
Strength Level: Venom possesses superhuman strength enabling him to lift (press) almost 11 tons. Known Superhuman Powers: The alien costume, which has grafted itself to the nervous system of Eddie Brock, somehow absorbed the powers of Spider-Man during its brief symbiotic relationship with him.
While Thor himself is not strong enough to defeat Juggernaut, he has the help of his famous hammer Mjölnir. Since Mjölnir can only be wielded by the worthy, Juggernaut has no chance of lifting it. However, that doesn't stop him from using it.
Forged by dwarves in the heart of a dying star, the weapon is enchanted so that it can only be lifted and wielded by those who are worthy of its powers. Both in the comics and the MCU films, many characters other than Thor himself, both heroes and villains, have been able to lift Mjolnir.
Deadpool and Olsen were both transported to Loki's headquarters where Olsen was kept captive in the same chamber that Deadpool was in the above pages and they all learned the charade, as Loki created a fake version of Mjolnir and disguised the real Mjolnir, thus making Olsen/Thor believe that the one that Deadpool ...
Marvel Comics' new version of Venom has become the most powerful symbiote ever. Dylan Brock, the son of the original Venom host, Eddie, has unlocked a new power that allows him to sever a symbiote's connection to the hive mind, which makes him a threat even for the all-powerful Kings in Black.
Just as Venom is a step beyond Spider-Man in terms of strength, Carnage surpasses Venom in terms of both power and potential for destruction. Carnage was created when Eddie Brock and psychopathic murderer Cletus Kasady were cellmates. When Eddie escaped and left a trace of his symbiote behind, it fused with Kasady.
Superhuman Strength: Deadpool is rated as having a low degree of superhuman strength allowing him to lift 800 pounds. Peak Human Speed: Deadpool can run as fast as a trained athlete.
Venom has Cap outclassed in every category. And sound is Venom's weakness, but it doesn't guarantee a win. It's not like it completely strips the symbiote away from the body. Unless Cap can create some high sounds, the symbiote will be able to take it pretty well.
A symbiote is only as strong as the bond that it shares with its host. With that in mind, Venom is the clear winner, having formed a number of strong bonds since making its debut back in issue 252 of The Amazing Spider-Man.
RELATED: Venom is weak to both sonics and fire and Hawkeye has arrows that use both of those things. A few sonic and flare arrows later and the symbiote would be down and then it's just Eddie Brock versus Hawkeye. With this accidental invention of Hawkeye, he now holds the perfect weapon to defeat the Symbiote.
And Mathaudhu can cite documentary sources to back him up. For example, Marvel – which publishes the Thor comics – issued a “Thor's Hammer” trading card in 1991 that states Mjolnir is made of Uru and weighs precisely 42.3 pounds. That's lighter than a herd of 300 billion mice, much less a herd of 300 billion elephants.
Mjolnir was forged by a dwarf named Sindri. While he was creating it, Loki, the trickster fire god, disguised himself as a fly and attempted to interfere with Sindri's work by buzzing around him. As a result, Mjolnir's handle was unusually short.
In addition, Venom has come out on top as the victor in many battles with Symbiotes like Carnage, Hybrid, and Scream (all of which are arguably more powerful than he is).
In addition to seemingly having largely the same powers as Venom himself, the Anti-Venom symbiote burns and destroys symbiotes like antibodies attacking a virus. The Anti-Venom symbiote is made to kill symbiotes and would ultimately overwhelm Venom himself.

The most powerful of Venom's first offsprings is Scream, an unstable creature attached to Life Foundation's mentally disturbed security agent Donna Diego. Capable of extending her hairs and tendrils as a weapon, Scream proved her power when she killed her four brothers in a fit of rage.
Why is black Venom afraid of red Venom? It could be that in the universe of the Venom movies, this type of strong bond is already known among the symbiotes to result in stronger specimens. This could explain why Venom is so fearful of facing an enemy with a ruddy hue.
The bond between the Carnage symbiote and Kasady was stronger than the bond between Brock and the Venom symbiote. Cletus Kasady was also a serial killer and thought of as insane. As a result, Carnage is far more violent, powerful, and deadly than Venom.
Venom (2020)
During this battle, Venom (Eddie Brock) was given the powers of Captain Universe, and was able to wield the hammer. However, Venom took this advantage a step further by merging Mjolnir with the Silver Surfer's surfboard to create an even greater weapon.
Is Spider-Man worthy enough to lift Mjolnir. The short answer is yes, Spider-Man is able to lift Mjolnir but it's not that simple. While Spider-Man can lift Mjolnir, Peter Parker cannot. That's because it's Miguel O'Hara's Spider-Man 2099 that can lift Mjolnir as he does in 1998's 2099: Manifest Destiny one-shot.
If fans wait to see Peter Parker lift and use it in MCU, they may be disappointed. Despite his strong moral sensibility and strength of character, Peter lacks the ruthlessness that destroys all evil. For this slight defect in character, Mjolnir will never find this Spider-Man worthy of it.
