He kicks Doctor Strange to the ground and turns on the Hulk. The
Published Mar 6, 2023. Venom has assumed a new form called Bedlam. But this symbiote form's similarity to Hulk hints at the mind-bending extent of its power. Warning: contains spoilers for Venom #17! Venom has taken a new form in the Marvel Universe - and it makes him just like the Hulk.
Can Venom take over Thanos? Conceivably yes. But the Symbiote would need time to fully inhibit Thanos and, chances are he would have succumb to the symbiotic willingly just like Eddie Brock.
From what we gather when considering their powers and abilities, the Hulk would defeat Venom i a direct duel, despite Venom being extremely powerful.
Strength, durability, healing factor, thunder clapping, and more loud powers go to Hulk but reflexes, speed, agility, acrobatics, super senses, equalibrium, stamina, endurance, brains, sticking powers, and martial artistry goes to Venom.
In their latest spotlight on "bad" comic book fights, CSBG looks at Venom's surprisingly strong performance against the Juggernaut. In this feature, I examine comic book fights that were particularly notable in the wrong side winning (or at least that the fight wasn't won the "right" way).
Venom (2020)
During this battle, Venom (Eddie Brock) was given the powers of Captain Universe, and was able to wield the hammer. However, Venom took this advantage a step further by merging Mjolnir with the Silver Surfer's surfboard to create an even greater weapon.
In addition to seemingly having largely the same powers as Venom himself, the Anti-Venom symbiote burns and destroys symbiotes like antibodies attacking a virus. The Anti-Venom symbiote is made to kill symbiotes and would ultimately overwhelm Venom himself.
During the War of the Realms event, after Venom was separated from Eddie, the symbiote, in its humanoid form, joined the War Avengers (composed of Captain Marvel, Deadpool, Sif, Winter Soldier, Weapon H, Black Widow, and Captain Britain) to fight off Malekith's invasion.
With Hulk having been knocked off his feet, Abomination swung the chain around his head and smashed it into Hulk's head, knocking him down once again.
The classic green Savage Hulk is more resistant to poisons than the Grey Hulk is, and while he is still susceptible to them, he generally shrugs off the effects very quickly.
Juggernaut is bonded with the gem when Gambit shoves it into his helmet. During the Ultimatum storyline, Juggernaut helps Rogue in defending the X-Mansion from anti-mutant soldiers led by William Stryker. He is shot in the eye by a poisonous dart fired by one of the anti-mutant soldiers and dies in Rogue's arms.
If anyone can kill zombie Juggernaut, though, it's zombie Wolverine and boy does he. He smashes his claws into Juggernaut's exposed jaws and pretty much obliterates his head with his newly acquired cosmic powers.
Carnage vs Hulk
Sadly for him, Carnage is not among them. Just like Hulk would be able to defeat Venom, he could easily defeat Carnage in direct combat, simply because he is so powerful. Carnage has absolutely nothing that could harm the Hulk and we doubt that he would even be able to merge with him.
Venom is an alien symbiote that has had numerous hosts including Spider-Man, Eddie Brock, Mac Gargan, Flash Thompson, and in one reality at least, Deadpool. Deadpool and the current Venom, Flash Thompson are team-mates in the Thunderbolts.
While some may come with different powers and abilities, it is still without a doubt true that Hulk is indeed the strongest of all. Updated April 13, 2023, by C.M Edwards: The Hulk remains one of the most popular and most dangerous characters in the Marvel universe.
Venom can defeat Captain America, Iron Man, Spider-Man, Black Panther, Black Widow, Ant-Man, Hawkeye, and Shang-Chi, and he would lose to Thor, Hulk, and Doctor Strange.
So when it comes to whose healing factor is the most disturbing in Marvel Comics, Venom easily beats Deadpool on every level.
Symbiotes like Venom are immensely powerful, possessed of great strength and endurance, but they also have two extremely common weaknesses: fire and sound. Numerous foes have used these to best Venom and other symbiotes, and Peter Parker even originally repelled the symbiote suit by exposing it to a tolling bell.
