Bagged vacuum: First, it must survive the spinning brush roll. If it survived the vacuum's brush roll or if your vacuum doesn't have a brush roll, the son of a gun just might have made it! If the bag is full, the density of dirt, dust, and hair is likely to suffocate the spider.
While we do not condone killing of insects, there is no guarantee that vacuuming up a spider will kill it. Further, because the ends are open to allow debris to come into your machine, a spider could certainly crawl back out if left in the clear bin.
Huntsman have predators too and they are preyed on by geckos, other spiders and potter wasps.
When it comes to spiders and bugs that have a more fragile body without an exoskeleton, they most likely will be killed by the suction. If they make it into the vacuum bag, they will suffocate from the dirt inside. Bugs that do survive the suction and stay alive in the vacuum bag can crawl out.

Vacuum the spider using a long-handled attachment.

Removing Spider Egg Sacs
The best way to remove a spider egg sac is to vacuum it up. You can simply use the hose attachment, vacuum the egg sac, and promptly dispose of it outside. However, be cautioned: if you disturb an egg sac with viable eggs, you may end up releasing hundreds of small spiders into your home.

It is simple to remove a Huntsman spider from your home or business. All you need is a glass or plastic container and a piece of paper. Simply place the container over the spider quickly. Once they are contained, then slip the piece of paper under them, then flip the container over.
In homes – or even cars – they'll hide away in dark corners during the day and appear from dusk onwards as night-time insects emerge. You're more likely to see them in the home when it's raining or conditions are humid. Most huntsman spiders are quite docile creatures that prefer scurrying away to confrontation.
The World Health Organization also advises against crushing them, for reasons of hygiene. According to the body, which classes cockroaches as “unhygienic scavengers in human settlements”, squashing them can spread bacteria into the environment that can lead to asthma, allergies and illnesses.
The different body parts, waste, and saliva of cockroaches are allergens for certain individuals. Even dead cockroaches can still cause some allergic reactions. Therefore, it is not advisable to step on a cockroach, as its crushed body parts can trigger some allergies.
Cockroaches are cold blooded and can live without food for a week. They also have very little body water, so they can survive a long amount of time in a microwave oven. That's also why they can only survive one week without water.
