Thunder Breathing has 6 standard forms in total, with the first form said to be the foundation for all the other forms. As we've seen multiple times, Zenitsu is only able to use Thunder Clap in flash. even though Thunder Breathing has 6 forms. The reason for this is pretty simple. Zenitsu wasn't able to master the other 5 forms.

Thunder Clap and Flash—Godspeed is the most powerful of Zenitsu's derivations of the Thunder Breathing first-form technique.

During the first display of this technique, an unconscious Zenitsu remarked that he mustn't perform this technique more than two times, otherwise his legs would be rendered useless due to muscle fatigue and exhaustion.
Exploring Zenitsu's fighting abilities in Demon Slayer
Zenitsu is a skilled and able member of the organization but gets easily scared when facing demons. But as the series continues, we watch him grow as he eventually overcomes his fear of demons and fights them head-on.
But, comparing the two characters in their best forms, Zenitsu might be just a tad bit faster owing to his Godspeed move.
Gyomei Himejima, the Stone Hashira, is the strongest Hashira in the Demon Slayer corps in terms of strength and swordsmanship. While unconscious, Zenitsu is a force to be reckoned with, but his actual power is discovered when he is awake. While awake, Zenitsu was able to match the upper rank six, Kaigaku. He was also able to keep up with the Demon King, though he was in a weakened state during this battle.
How fast is Zenitsu?? I mean it's difficult to tell, but at least 750 mph since he can break the sound barrier.
As he only knows one move, it would become easy for the latter to counter his attacks and get a better chance to land a strike that would end his life. However, if Zenitsu masters all the forms of his Breathing Technique, he would definitely beat him in speed and strength.
According to Zenitsu, Jigoro never gave up on him to make him stronger and a better swordsman. He took care of Zenitsu like he was his grandson, he saved Zenitsu many times and he has shown unlimited patience at training the boy despite his cowardless and laziness.
Zenitsu created another form the seventh form FLAMING THUNDER GOD.
