His second form is no exception, with Rice Spirit being a succession of five slashes that are accompanied by his black lightning. It's fatal to most opponents, although Zenitsu had the constitution and awareness required to avoid any major damage from this attack.
So in a nutshell, Zenitsu wasn't able to master the other five forms, but later in the Infinity Castle Arc, during the battle with Kaigaku, Upper-Rank Six Demon, he created a Seventh Form: Flaming Thunder God.
The reason for this is pretty simple. Zenitsu wasn't able to master the other 5 forms. He never wanted to learn any breathing techniques. or fighting techniques, nor he wanted to join the Demon Slayer Corps.

While Zenitsu does use god-like speed twice in the manga, he does not keep her flying through the air, they come to a standstill after the second time.
After Muzan was defeated, all the demons he created also perished immediately, so there was no point of a Demon Slayer corps anymore. As a result, Zenitsu did not get to become a Hashira even after becoming strong enough to bie one.
Now, this little introduction tells us one main thing – Zenitsu was certainly skilled enough to learn the other forms. Adding that to the fact that he knew the First Form, which was the basis for all the other forms, we can conclude that Zenitsu really could learn all the other forms.
