Unlike the others, Zeus is not worthy to lift Mjolnir, but through a loophole, he can anyway. If Mjolnir is to enter his domain, Zeus's MCU powers should override Odin's enchantment, meaning he can hold Mjolnir. He may not be worthy, but technically Zeus is the fifth character who can lift Mjolnir in the MCU's
In terms of abilities, Zeus is pretty much Thor as his main weapon was lightning as well as his strength. Only Thor is renowned to be less smart. Odin was a god of many things. In terms of role as King of the Gods though, they are the same.
Zeus can generate and manipulate other forms of energy as well. Only a small number of the ways in which Zeus can utilize his superhuman abilities are as yet known. His magic manipulation is powerful enough to overpower both Thor and Silver Surfer.
Thor wanted Zeus and the other gods to help him fight Gorr the Godbutcher (Christian Bale), who—as you can perhaps guess from his name—poses a threat to all the gods. Zeus is uninterested in helping. Odin cannot die before then so Zeus cannot win. That says nothing about whether or not Odin can actually beat Zeus though.
In a Zeus vs Thor scenario, Zeus would probably end up the victor, but the same goes for his son, Hercules. Technically speaking, he's only a demigod, but, if any biceps could outsize Thor's, then it is the Herculators.
