While most Jedi fall, Ahsoka lives to fight another day because she is prepared for anything on the battlefield, including her friends. Anakin's extensive training allowed Ahsoka to survive Order 66 and, later, the rebellion.
While she no longer identified as a Jedi, Ahsoka Tano went into hiding following Order 66. She constructed new lightsabers, both with blades of white due to her non-affiliation, and remained on the periphery until the rebellion against the Empire.
As shown with Ahsoka in The Clone Wars season 7's Siege of Mandalore arc, she was attacked by her closest friends during Order 66, only surviving through intense firefights with her wit, skill, help from Rex, and an uneasy alliance with Darth Maul.

To escape, she and Rex come up with a plan to try and trick the clones into letting them stall for time and then steal a ship. This works for a moment until the clones catch on and open fire on Ahsoka and Rex. Given their number, she is able to perform well, and she flees with Rex.
All along the way, Barriss was there to help her friend, leading Ahsoka to different clues and places -- until Anakin Skywalker discovered the truth. It was Barriss herself who orchestrated the bombing and framed Ahsoka.
