Due to Skirata's influence and support for Darman, Omega Squad refused to follow Order 66. Another clone commando group, Yayax Squad, had a smaller role in the Republic Commando novels, and like Omega Squad, these
Some clones disobeyed the infamous order than decimated the Jedi order, and refused to execute it. SOME of these Clones include; Captain Rex: Captain Rex, as most know removed his chip that would later be the way that Palpatine would execute order 66. Without Order 66, Palpatine would definitely lose. If Order 66 happened but not for some of the most powerful Jedi and the more battle-hardened and experienced Clones, Palpatine still loses even though many Jedi are killed.
Despite Cody's friendship with Obi-Wan, he didn't hesitate when he received Order 66 from Supreme Chancellor Palpatine at the end of the Clone Wars. Obeying the Republic's commander-in-chief, Cody gave the order to fire on his Jedi General, then sent troops to see if he'd been killed.
They were often assigned to the same special operations missions, from rescuing a Jedi in an enemy prison to locating a traitor among their own ranks. Cody, though he outranked Rex, trusted in the captain's abilities, and placed him in charge on many occasions.
Commander Cody Felt Guilt For Obi-Wan's Death
In Cody's case, he seems to have felt an increasing sense of guilt for what he presumably believed was Obi-Wan's death. He no longer believed orders should be obeyed without question, and instead considered himself responsible for following the orders he had been given.
Order 67 was an order requiring clone troopers to dance. During the Battle of Utapau, Darth Sidious accidentally issued Order 67 when he meant to use Order 66. Just after the order was executed, Cody and his troops began dancing. However, Sidious browsed a manual and executed Order 66.
Order 99 is designed by Sidious, and its sole purpose is to contain or exterminate the Separatist Alliance if anything else failed. Once Order 99 has been commanded to the battle droids, their systems would restart, and then, all battle droids would open fire on any member of the Separatist Alliance.
It was said that fewer than one hundred Jedi—approximately one percent of the entire Order—survived Order 66. However, the number seemed closer to two hundred.
It was then that they met the Ghost crew, sent by Rex's old compatriot, Ahsoka Tano. After Kanan hesitated to give his trust, Rex revealed that the three clones removed their chips before Order 66.
Star Wars canon has since added a new, even darker, dimension to Order 66; it has revealed the clones were implanted with inhibitor chips that forced them to obey and betray their generals. As compelling as Palpatine's command may have been, though, some clones resisted.
Yoda sensed the disturbance in the Force, and killed the clone troopers who were about to gun him down; he then escaped Kashyyyk with the help of Chewbacca and Tarful. Yoda joined up with Obi-Wan Kenobi, returning to Coruscant to learn the truth of Anakin Skywalker's betrayal and Palpatine's Sith identity.
Throughout the Clone Wars, the majority of clones were faithfully loyal to their Jedi generals, and since the clones had been specifically designed to be obedient, one could ask, “was their loyalty just a part of their programming?” Genetically modifying a person in order to make them obediently follow their superiors ...
Star of Respawn's Star Wars: Jedi games, Cal was a padawan when Order 66 was issued, surviving the initial assault thanks to the sacrifice of his master, Jaro Topal. Cal was eventually knighted by a fellow survivor of the purge we'll get to later, Cere Junda, formally recognizing him as a Jedi Knight.
The Sith, an order of users of the dark side of the Force, was formed by fallen members of the Jedi Order after a war called the Hundred-Year Darkness. Eventually, after many wars, the Jedi defeated and seemingly destroyed the Sith in the final, decisive conflict. However, one Sith Lord survived: Darth Bane.
Order 37 was one of 150 contingency orders that all clones had been programmed to follow, due to the inhibitor chip inserted in their brain at birth. This particular order dealt with the capture of a single wanted individual through the mass arrest and threatened execution of a civilian population.

Marshal Commander Appo, CC-1119, served in the 501st Legion under the command of Jedi General Anakin Skywalker. Although Obi-Wan survived his attempted assassination on Utapau, Cody genuinely thought he'd gunned down the guy who he'd helped defeat General Grievous just moments before. Cody has been confirmed to have be in active duty beyond Order 66, with him helping enslave the Wookiees on Kashyyyk.
As far as you know, Obi-Wan and Cody were very close friends, as were Anakin and Rex. But Order 66 severed this friendship. However, even after a time when the inhibitor chip stopped having an effect on clone troopers, I didn't see Cody ever mention Obi-Wan, or conversely, Obi-Wan would mention Cody.
