In the seventh installment, it has been revealed that Creed had an affair sometime before his death, and from that, Adonis "Donnie" Johnson Creed was born. In 1998, after Adonis' biological mother's death in the late '90s, Apollo's widow, Mary Anne (Phylicia Rashad), adopts him.
Adonis Creed - Apollo's son
The illegitimate son of Apollo, Adonis spent the first half of his life in foster care and juvenile hall before Mary Anne adopts him. He never gets a chance to meet Apollo. In Creed, Adonis, uses the last name Johnson, has a nice job while boxing in Tijuana.
However, Creed III has finally resolved this as it confirms Adonis grew up with Apollo's other kids when Mary Anne took him in. Adonis tells Mary Anne that Damian treated him more like family than her kids ever did in her house, confirming they grew up together even though they are never seen.

In the new movie Creed, Apollo Creed marries Adrian and they have a baby named Creed. Rocky Balboa gets jealous because he was married to Adrian when he had those two fights with Apollo in Rocky I and II. From Balboa's perspective he and Adrian had a good life together.
We later learn in Creed that he no longer lives in Philly. Adonis Johnson Creed asks Rocky about his son. Rocky explains that he moved to Vancouver with his girlfriend and got a good job there. Although Rocky did get diagnosed with non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in the first Creed movie, he seemingly recovered before the events of Creed II. Rocky is still alive at the end of Creed II, meaning that something else had to have happened to him in between films.
