A few days after the party, Becca met with Homelander in a private room where he raped her. After that night, Becca was troubled on how to handle the situation. After January 24th, 2012, she went to Vought for help and confirmed she was pregnant with Homelander's child.
Becca did this because she realized that Billy hated superhumans because of what Homelander did to her and that would forever color how he viewed her son.
When Becca was attacked by Stormfront, his laser vision severed Stormfront's limbs and burned her alive. Sadly, Becca was also caught in the crossfire, resulting in the death of Butcher's wife mere months after he found her again.
He Assaulted Butcher's Wife, Becca
Billy Butcher (Karl Urban), the leader of "The Boys," began his crusade against Homelander and The Seven as a result of what happened to his wife Becca (Shantel VanSanten). When Becca worked for Vought, she was sexually assaulted by Homelander.
In the show, it is revealed that Homelander impregnated Becca during her captivity and that she has been raising their son, Ryan, in secret for years. Butcher initially believes that Becca cheated on him with Homelander, but later learns the truth and sets out to rescue Becca and Ryan from Homelander's control.
Homelander and Soldier Boy have sex in the "Herogasm" stretch of #TheBoys comics, though that didn't happen in the Amazon series' take on the storyline. This week's episode explained why. "The Boys" star Jensen Ackles breaks down the major twist between Soldier Boy and Homelander revealed ahead of next week's finale.
Instead of running away with him and her son Ryan, Becca announced that she was staying put, because Butcher would eventually try to find some way to get rid of the young boy. And she was right about his true feelings: “He's a f–kin' supe freak!” Butcher exclaimed.
In The Boys' season 1 finale, however, Butcher discovered that Becca was actually alive. Following her ordeal, Becca fell pregnant with Homelander's baby and had no choice but to go into hiding, putting herself at the mercy of the corporation Vought International.
Rebecca Butcher was born with a rare condition called Poland Syndrome that caused one of her chest muscles to be deformed and therefore means that she only developed one breast.
Mallory refuses to help Butcher and continues to blame him for the death of her grandchildren. Butcher berates Mallory for manipulating him and turning him into a weapon to use against the supes and Vought, only to abandon him when it didn't suit her. Mallory replies that she doesn't regret that decision.
Earving, better known as Black Noir, was a major antagonist in the Amazon series The Boys. Serving as a supporting antagonist in Season 1, the secondary antagonist of Season 2, and a major anti-villain in Season 3. He was a mute, darkly costumed superhero and a member of The Seven.
On the surface, it's clear that Ryan, incited by Homelander and Stormfront, was accidentally responsible for Becca Butcher's death.
That night, while Billy was out on a walk, Becky was raped by Black Noir (disguised as Homelander). Although she tried to conceal what had happened from Billy, she grew more and more emotionally distant due to her trauma.
Upon returning to Vought, Homelander kills Noir for withholding his knowledge of Soldier Boy being Homelander's biological father.
Superhuman Strength: Ryan is strong enough to be able to shove Homelander to the ground, albeit when he was enraged, he is also stronger than humans. Like his father, Ryan was able to send a baseball flying.
In Season Seven, it is revealed that she was killed in order to get the Flame as Cadogan believed that it was the key to finding the secrets of the Anomaly's true power. However, before her death, Becca discovered that it can lead to a Judgment Day which she calls the end of the human race.
Believe it or not, yes he does. Ryan's the only person that he's ever had even a semblance of compassion or empathy towards. He's shown to genuinely be concerned about Ryan's welfare and safety and he doesn't want Ryan to be in a loveless environment like he was when he was Ryan's age.
Because she is a witch, Becca gets her powers on the night of her sixteenth birthday. She can perform actual magic and cast spells. Her magic shows when her hands glow blue.
Early in the finale, Ryan leaves Grace to be with Homelander; he does this after his father reminds him that Becca's (Shantel VanSanten) death wasn't his fault. This was something Becca made Butcher promise her as she lay dying in order to keep Ryan's goodness alive.
At the end of season 2, Ryan used his heat vision to stop Stormfront from killing his mom, Becca. Unfortunately, Becca got caught in the attack as well and died.
From Stormfront to Soldier Boy, The Boys has introduced a generous helping of horrifying new supes over its last few seasons, but the surprise package is Ryan Butcher, the son of Homelander and Becca Butcher.
Even though Soldier Boy could not take down Homelander with the help of Hughie and Butcher (Karl Urban) using temporary doses of Compound V, it was abundantly clear that he is still the closest anyone has been to the individual strength of Homelander.
Powers and Abilities
Superhuman strength: Soldier Boy is not as strong as Homelander, Stormfront, or any other supes. However, he is still relatively strong, similar to a super-soldier.
In the "What I Know" arc, Butcher is revealed to have killed Soldier Boy with a public funeral being held for him and members of the Seven (including the Homelander) serving as his pallbearers.
