But wait, that was no longer in the contract. Without Cora, Rumplestiltskin would never have a child with Cora, would never have her
Rumple loved Cora and he said so. (He changed the contract to have a child with Cora and have a family.) Cora said to Rumple that he was the only man that she has ever loved and that she could rip her own heart for.
Cora is based on the miller's daughter in the fairytale Rumplestiltskin and the Queen of Hearts from the story Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. It is unknown how she ascended to power in Wonderland, but her name presumably came from her iconic ability to rip out peoples' hearts and crush them into dust.
Jonathan was the antagonistic gardener of king (then prince) Leopold and the biological father of Zelena, who only appeared in the flashbacks of the episode "Bleeding Through" in the TV show Once Upon a Time. He was portrayed by David de Lautour.
Rump realizes that Henry is his grandson. Emma realizes that she's screwed. Henry realizes… that his dad's a heroic fireman!
Gold (Robert Carlyle) arrive in Manhattan to find his son Baelfire (Michael Raymond-James), only to have Emma regret the trip after past memories come back to haunt her.
On Sunday's Once Upon a Time, it was uncovered that Pan (Robbie Kay), the devious boy who rules Neverland, is actually Malcolm (Stephen Lord), the father of Rumplestiltskin (Robert Carlyle)!
Robin Hood II, formerly known as Baby Hood as well as Robin Mills, is the daughter of Zelena and the late Robin Hood and the younger half-sister of Roland. She is also the Wife of Alice Jones II. She was born through a web of lies when Robin thought Zelena was Marian and that she was their second child.
Zades was a canon ship, until Hades' destruction. Zelena is the Wicked Witch of the West from 'The Wizard of Oz' and Hades is the god of death from 'Greek Mythology'. What they had was true love, proving that they did genuinely love one another.
Powerless, Zelena is put in the jail cell at the police station, where Regina doesn't kill Zelena and decides to give her a second chance. However, she is eventually confronted by Rumplestiltskin, who now has his dagger. Free from Zelena's control, Rumplestiltskin kills Zelena.
In the show's second season, it is revealed that the Queen of Hearts is, in fact, Cora (Barbara Hershey) the mother of the Wicked Witch of the West and the Evil Queen. In her earlier life, Cora (portrayed by Rose McGowan) was also the miller's daughter (the heroine of the Rumpelstiltskin story).
Rumplestiltskin's name is fading from the Dark One's dagger, signifying that Gold is dying. Since Gold's death would cause the Dark One's powers to cease to exist, Cora decides her only option is to kill Gold with the dagger and become the Dark One herself.
With the Dark One's dagger poised to stab him, Cora's heart was put back inside her body by Regina, and for the first time, she felt the love for her daughter that she never had before.
Arguably, Cora is one of the main antagonists of the series as whole, as she is behind three main antagonists. She killed Regina's true love, which caused her to go dark and become the Evil Queen, and eventually the main antagonist of season 1. She herself was the main antagonist of Season 2A.
Ship Info. Red and Dorothy meet in Oz, and their nicknames for each other are "Wolfie" (because Red is a werewolf) and "Kansas" (because Dorothy comes from Kansas). When Zelena puts Dorothy under a Sleeping Curse, Red awakens her with true love's kiss, showing that their relationship is true love.
Strongest: Cora Mills
One of the cleverest people in the entire series, Cora is always a step ahead and carries powerful magic that rivals Rumplestiltskin's, the teacher and true love she gave up for the power she craved.
Regina also begins a relationship with Robin Hood, who is revealed by Tinker Bell to be Regina's true love.
Emma and Hook's love is confirmed to be true when the two try to use the True Love Scale. Emma chooses to save Hook instead of her own heart, allowing them to pass the test.
Regina ultimately didn't end up with any version of Robin, but two characters did find a happy ending together during Sunday's episode of Once Upon a Time.
'Zelena' Mills, formerly known as the Wicked Witch of the West, is the main antagonist of the third season. She is the daughter of Jonathan and Cora, mother of Robin Hood (named after her father), the half-sister of Regina Mills and the adopted aunt of Henry Mills.
Robin Hood is engaged to Zelena, and eventually marries her.
Baelfire insists that Emma uses her magical abilities to seperate Rumplestiltskin and him so that Rumplestiltskin can tell them who the Wicked Witch is. Emma does this, and Baelfire eventually dies in Emma's arms, with a sad Rumplestiltskin watching over him.
It seems that he has no need of wealth because of his knack of creating gold out of straw but he can't make a life with his magic. So he's desperately lonely and craves companionship, a baby to care for, someone to be grateful to him and so take care of him in return, like children and parents' love for eachother.
After Rumple (Robert Carlyle) gave Belle (Emilie de Ravin) her very own travel book in Storybrooke, the duo set out with their young son, Gideon, to travel the world. But Rumple also confesses to searching for a way to be free of the Dark One dagger so he could live as a mortal and grow old with Belle.
