Rhaenyra
According to the accounts of Septon Eustace, prior to her turning sixteen, Rhaenyra lost her virginity to her uncle, Prince Daemon, after he seduced her.
Before a 10-year time jump occurred in the show's sixth epsode, Daemon took a young Rhaenyra to a brothel in King's Land where the two got intimate. The two were finally able to wed in episode seven after Rhaenyra's former husband, Laenor Velaryon, faked his own death.
Daemon struggles with impotence. This may also be why he has fathered no children with his wife. When Rhaenyra was aggressive in their encounter, Daemon's loss of control changed his handle on things.
In Fire & Blood, the book House of the Dragon is based on, Daemon and Rhaenyra go on to have two boys: Aegon and Viserys. Yup, another Aegon and another Viserys. They also have a daughter, Visenya, but she is sadly a stillborn baby.
It is only after this realization that Rhaenyra makes her first move on Daemon, instigating with a kiss after she affirms to him that she is no longer a child.
The two argue, with Daemon believing the greens have already started a war and they need to retaliate. Rhaenyra begins to remind him of Aegon the Conquerer's dream, but as it turns out, Viserys never told him about it. Suddenly, Daemon grabs Rhaenyra and chokes her before telling her: “Dreams didn't make us kings.
By the fireplace, Rhaenyra says that this is bigger than their ascension. She mentions the “Song of Ice and Fire” prophecy. Daemon grabs Rhaenyra by the neck, choking her and saying that Viserys wanted desperately to make his reign more significant. He says dreams didn't make them kings, dragons did.
In Episode Four, the young Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen (Milly Alcock) and her uncle, Prince Daemon (Matt Smith), get hot and heavy in a brothel. Fans at home were shocked by the event (of course), but not everyone found the scene so awkward to see as we did.
And, in result, she asked Daemon to marry her—and to do away with her first husband. After Laenor was seemingly murdered by his lover, who was paid off by Daemon, the prince and princess wed in an intimate ceremony attended by their children. (For the record, Laenor is not dead, as he escaped with his lover.)
But, while time may heal all wounds, 10 years certainly wasn't enough time for Alicent's wounds to heal over being lied to by Rhaenyra. We last saw her find out the truth in "We Light the Way" that Rhaenyra lost her virginity to Ser Criston Cole (Fabien Frankel).

While House Of The Dragon episode 4 showed Daemon was able to seduce Rhaenyra by kissing and undressing her, he couldn't fulfill the act due to impotence.
House of the Dragon
Eventually Daemon leads Rhaenyra to a brothel, where he takes her to a back room. He explains to Rhaenyra that marriage is a duty, but sex is an important source of human pleasure. From there, the stage is set for some good old fashioned creepy Game of Thrones incest.
However, he does not do it out of hate for Rhaenyra, but rather, out of his repressed anger against his brother. He suddenly realizes how less his brother thought of him, and his lack of faith in him, as he was never told of the secret despite him being the heir for years before Rhaenyra.
In the books, during her reportedly unfulfilling marriage to Laenor, Rhaenyra is rumored to have taken Ser Harwin Strong as a long-term lover. Given that she's married, their relationship is certainly forbidden, but it reportedly lasts for several years.
While Rhaenyra did go on to sleep with Criston Cole — the big problem of the episode — Viserys (Paddy Considine) was made more cautious of Daemon. In confronting him, instead of denying that he had sex with Rhaenyra and telling the truth, he instead asks Rhaenyra's hand in marriage.
Viserys refused to marry Daemon to Rhaenyra despite the rumors of their tryst, but that didn't stop Rhaenyra from daring Daemon to take her to Dragonstone and make her his wife while at her wedding to Laenor. Despite wanting to take one another, Daemon and Rhaenyra had to marry separate spouses first.
The story of the princess and her valiant knight did not end as a fairy tale, though. A sordid and controversial story began to spread that Rhaenyra lost her virginity to her uncle Daemon at age 16. No one knows if that is true. But Targaryens had long married within the family to keep their bloodlines pure.
Aegon III, aka Aegon the Younger: Rhaenyra and Daemon's first child together. Aegon Targaryen, aka Jon Snow: Yes, he comes much later, when a song of ice and fire plays out. But he could be the prince that was promised, though that's still up for debate.
'” D'Arcy further underliner how it was ultimately Rhaenyra taking control over her own bodily autonomy: “The advice Rhaenyra is receiving is to have patience, in the hope of preventing the child being stillborn or preventing harm to the child. And she ignores the advice, seeking instead to get this body out of her.
After reigning for a decade, King Baelor I Targaryen dies after fasting for 41 days, but some rumors suggest his uncle and Hand Viserys Targaryen poisoned him. Nonetheless, Rhaenyra and Daemon's youngest son becomes King Viserys II Targaryen, with the crown passing through his line.
In House of the Dragon episode 8, Rhaenyra Targaryen is pregnant with her daughter Visenya. Despite Rhaenyra and Daemon's excitement over having another child, their daughter will tragically never take a breath of air.
So, who is the real father of Rhaenyra's children? In the show and in George R.R. Martin's Fire and Blood novel, it is heavily implied that Ser Harwin Strong, a knight and the captain of the City's Watch, is the true father of Jacaerys, Lucerys, and Joffrey.
