Millicent "Millie" Winchester is the second child of John Winchester and Mary Campbell, the younger sister of Dean Winchester, and the older sister of Sam Winchester. She is named after John's mother, Millie Winchester. She is the mother of Maury Winchester (Nobah Dee).
This is reconfirmed in the Supernatural finale when Sam's soul ascended into Heaven and materialized next to Dean's soul, making him the first person he interacted with in the afterlife. The brothers are unique in that they are the only soulmates who are family rather than spouses.
On multiple occasions, Dean has shown that - of all the women he has slept with - he truly loves Lisa. Before and during the first few episodes of, season 6, Dean lives with the Braedens for a full year, living an "Apple Pie" life. Dean's nickname for Lisa is "Lis'".
Dean appeared less frequently on Gilmore Girls starting in Season 4, as he eventually married Lindsay.
Cass reveals that he has learned a lot about being human and reveals he had sex with April, leading the Winchester's to be surprised. Dean even goes onto make a joke about "having protection." Castiel goes to eat and Ezekiel takes over Sam saying Cass can't stay because he will bring the angels down on them.
However, his affection for Castiel ultimately won, with Dean shown in tears in Purgatory when he thought he'd lost Castiel. Their reunion was their most intimate yet, as the two didn't hold back on letting the other know that they were truly sorry and didn't want to fight anymore.
At Salute to Supernatural Vancouver 2022 Jensen further reiterated that Dean did not have romantic feelings for Castiel, saying that Dean saw Castiel as a family member and losing him was like losing a brother.
Mary asks Dean to tell her the truth. Dean tries to avoid it but Mary insists. Dean tells her that he is her son, and Mary is shocked by this. She is more horrified that she raised her children in this lifestyle.
After the Winchesters solve the case and dispose of a vengeful spirit, Dean tries to renew things. Cassie doesn't think there's much hope for them but Dean is adamant. He insists that we will return promising, “Cassie, I'll see you. I will.” He never sees her again.
Fan-favourite Lydia Dingle (Karen Blick) tragically lost her baby when she was just 15 – but some viewers think there could be a huge twist in store. After the baby boy was tragically stillborn, Lydia fell pregnant by her husband Steve twice, neither of the babies made it to term.
