Quentin Kowalski seems to be a direct descendant of Jacob and Queenie, bearing Jacob's last name and the masculine version of Queenie's first name. Based on the characters' ages, Quentin could easily be Jacob and Queenie's grandson, suggesting that the couple would eventually marry and start a family together.
