After Lucifer gives the Goddess her own universe following the second season finale, the real Charlotte Richards is resurrected, and returns from Hell, re-inhabiting her body.
She was banished to Hell, but Lucifer felt so betrayed by his mother that he refused to look after her, leaving Mazikeen (Lesley Ann-Brandt) in charge of her torture.
She is the co-creator of all creation along with Her husband God, and is the mother of all the angels, including Lucifer Morningstar, Amenadiel, Uriel and Michael. After escaping Hell, She intended on reuniting with Her children as well as returning to Heaven to take revenge on God for banishing Her.

Lucifer Morningstar and Chloe Decker (or Deckerstar) are initially friends and LAPD co-workers, but as the series progresses they become best friends, fall in love with each other and eventually become a couple. In the final season they become parents to a daughter named Aurora “Rory” Morningstar.
Lucifer's brother came down from heaven and took over Lucifer's life, attempting to pass off as him to Detective Decker and his other colleagues at the LAPD.
While it doesn't seem like Chloe is an angel, she is considered to be "blessed," and that's probably why she's immune to Lucifer's powers.

Candy Fletcher, formerly Candy Morningstar, is the owner of Fletcher's, a Las Vegas club. She agreed to a brief marriage of convenience to Lucifer Morningstar to help him find out Goddess' plans, while for his part, he paid off her debts.
In the future, Chloe passed away and went to Heaven. Amenadiel was there to meet her, but instead of taking Chloe to Heaven he took her to Hell and into the arms of her devilish beloved, where they kissed and then got to spend the rest of eternity together.
Of course, Chloe went to Heaven when she died, just as she did when she was killed in Lucifer's season 5 finale. But Chloe was touched by the divine since birth and she also has the unique advantage of being dear friends with and loved by the new God, Amenadiel.
Michael was eventually defeated after Chloe is resurrected by Lucifer and is granted super strength by the Key. Michael is then given a second chance by his twin, who used the Flaming Sword to sever his wings, successfully forcing him to bend the knee and recognize his twin as Heaven's new sovereign.
Mazikeen is a character who appears in American comic books published by DC Comics. She is one of the lilim, a child of Lilith. She first appeared in The Sandman (vol. 2) #22 (December 1990), and was created by Neil Gaiman and Kelley Jones.
Candy Morningstar. She's blonde and bubbly, and she was an exotic dancer before Lucifer whisked her away from Vegas. Their marriage was a sham, by the way. We learn at the end of the episode that Lucifer hired this woman to pretend to be his wife, presumably to push Chloe away from him.
This time is slightly different, as the chaos comes in the form of Lucifer's family—his cunning twin brother, archangel Michael (also portrayed by Tom Ellis).

Trixie is Lucifer's unknown child, born from an early encounter with Chloe that neither of them remember for some reason.
During the season, both Lucifer and Chloe (Lauren German) discovered that the only reason Chloe makes Lucifer vulnerable is because he chooses to be vulnerable around her. After they sleep together, he also appears to transfer his “mojo” to her, thereby granting her with the power to pull out his true desires.
Divine Empowerment: When Chloe's parents were unable to have a child, God himself sent Amenadiel to bless them so they could have a child. This blessing put Chloe on a path with Lucifer Morningstar, nullifying his immortality when in her presence and rendering her immune to Lucifer's charms.
Once that question was answered — and Chloe understood that being a miracle didn't negate her feelings for him — there was nothing standing between the dynamic duo. In fact, they finally hooked up in episode 6.
Lucifer's Wings are the Angel Wings of Lucifer Morningstar. Lucifer had Maze cut the wings off when he abdicated his throne and settled in LA, and he later destroyed them. At the end of season 2, however, the wings were restored to him due to Lucifer's new emotional state.
At the centre stands Lucifer, frozen from the waist down, with three heads and bat-like wings, the flapping of which freezes the heart of Hell. In each mouth he chews on a sinner: Judas Iscariot, Brutus and Cassius.
