Anakin secretly marries Naboo Senator Padmé Amidala at the end of the film. In Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005), Padme dies giving birth to twins, Luke and Leia. Luke is raised by Beru and Owen Lars on Tatooine.
Anakin is married to Padmé Amidala Naberrie, the former Queen of Naboo, who later became an outspoken senator in the Galactic Senate; their wedding is kept secret as the Jedi Code forbids attachments. Anakin and Padmé have two children together: they are named Luke and Leia.

Later, the heroes go to the forest moon of Endor to prepare for a battle with the Empire. There, Luke reveals to Leia that she is his twin sister and that Vader is their father.
At some point after his transformation into the armored Darth Vader, Amidala's husband, the fallen Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker came to visit the mausoleum, stricken by grief and remorse for his part in her death.
During the iconic opening moments of Star Wars: A New Hope, Darth Vader has a tense confrontation with Princess Leia, an adversary who, unknown to him, is actually his daughter. Despite participating in Leia's interrogation, the Sith Lord doesn't uncover his familial connection with the rebellious royal.
Did Padme ever cheat on Anakin? No. As explained above, Padme did not cheat on Anakin with either Obi-Wan Kenobi or Rush Clovis.
No she didn't regret marrying him. She regretting not being able to save him. She still loved him, still believed (RIGHTFULLY) that he would return.
In Legends, Luke and Leia do eventually discover their mother's identity during the Swarm War Trilogy.
Han Solo marries Princess Leia and they have three children: twins named Jacen and Jaina, and a younger son named Anakin. Anakin, who has since become the Sith Lord Darth Vader, is unaware of his children's birth. The twins soon became part of the Rebel Alliance following the deaths of their adoptive families at the hands of the Empire.
After all, keeping Anakin as Darth Vader relied on him believing he killed Padme, so the Emperor needed to make sure no part of the funeral suggested otherwise.
Darth Vader didn't learn he had a daughter until Return of the Jedi, when he stood before Emperor Palpatine. The Emperor's power probed Luke's mind, attempting to goad him to fall to the dark side, and he discovered Leia's existence.
She was recovered from the Tusken Raider camp by her son, Padawan Anakin Skywalker, who returned her body to the Lars farm after slaughtering the Tuskens within the camp. Shmi was buried at the farm with a gravestone marking her grave. After her husband Cliegg Lars died, he was buried next to her.
Why didn't Darth Vader recognise Leia as his daughter in Star Wars: Episode IV? He didn't recognize her because he didn't know his daughter was alive, and he couldn't tell it from reading her mind because she wasn't aware of it herself.
Reva knows that Anakin Skywalker is Darth Vader because she was one of his targets—a child—during the Order 66 killings that took place during the events of Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith.

Queen Apailana was the elected ruler of the Naboo by the end of the Clone Wars. She was the first ruler of the Emperor's home planet of Naboo during the birth of the Galactic Empire. She was seen publicly mourning Senator Padme Amidala at her funeral.
The marriage, witnessed by the droids C-3PO and R2-D2, was kept secret due to Amidala's place as a prominent Senator in the Galactic Republic and because of Skywalker's membership in the Jedi Order; the Jedi Code prevented Jedi from falling in love and forming attachments such as marriage.
