Okay so when Shinobu poisons douma we find out that she has poisoned her body with the equivalent of 37kg of wisteria poison.
Kanao Tsuyuri
Shinobu Kocho was never able to activate her mark, and never once considered the possibility of it appearing during their fight against Doma. As the mark only appears on a strong demon slayer, her chances of activating it weren't good simply because she was the weakest of the Hashira.
You see, Shinobu originally received a core uniform. similar to that of mitsaries at first, but Shinobu knew about his motives, so technically. she burned the uniform in front of the Taylor. to threaten him. And it worked.
Tengen Uzui

When Giyu later hears about Shinobu's death, he suddenly recalls her smiling face while being visibly shocked and upset by the news. Being one of the nine pillars of the corps, Shinobu takes her job very seriously. Apart from her strongest feats, she is loved for her easygoing smile, which she continues to maintain even if the situation is not in her favor. Shinobu kocho is a insect hashira who cannot decapitate a demon because she lacks the physical power but she uses wisteria poison to defeat the demons. Covering her weaknesses. she is also the sister of kanae kocho ( The former flower hashira) and she also adopted kanao tsuyuri.
Shinobu's love interest is the mysterious human-like figure named Koyomi Araragi. Koyomi is the protagonist of the Monogatari series, of which Shinobu is a character.
1. Gyomei Himejima. Gyomei Himejima, the Stone Hashira, is the strongest Hashira in the Demon Slayer corps in terms of strength and swordsmanship. He is the only person who uses spiked flails and an axe instead of standard swords to kill demons.
Shinobu Kocho is a capable Demon Slayer whose worthy of being the Insect Hashira. That being said, she's arguably the weakest Hashira when it comes to pure strength.
But, comparing the two characters in their best forms, Zenitsu might be just a tad bit faster owing to his Godspeed move.
Least Favorite: Obanai- he had so much potential, but he was barley used and most of that potential was wasted. The sad backstory wasn't able to redeem him for me, it felt kinda forced to make people like him.
The Wind Hashira has one of the saddest backstories in Demon Slayer. His mother had turned into a demon and had killed five of his siblings. He was forced to kill his own mother in an attempt to save his only remaining brother, Genya.

Shinobu's favorite past-time during missions is poking and irritating Giyu, according to a Taisho Secret. She worries about Giyu a lot since he seems like an airhead and got angry after he stopped her from defending him against a demon on Mt. Natagumo.
