Jedi Battlemaster Cin Drallig and Grand Master Yoda had knowledge and mastery of all seven forms, including Juyo, befitting Drallig's role as lightsaber combat instructor at the Jedi Temple and Yoda's reputation of having mastered all forms of lightsaber combat as did Anoon Bondara, another lightsaber instructor.
An example of a Jedi swordmaster was Mace Windu, considered as such because he was a master of all forms of lightsaber combat and due to his mastery of Vaapad, which he created.
The only known master of this form, in canon, with feats to his name is Kit Fisto. Mastering all 7 was difficult sure, but not a legendary feat by any means, a job called battle master literally involved learning all of them. All in all quite a few Jedi did but somehow all the ones we know about were defeated.
Through the Force, Yoda was considered to have mastered Form IV to its highest level. He used it in almost all of his battles, and his mastery of the style caused others to describe him as virtually unstoppable against most opponents, including Separatist battle droids, despite his small size and advanced age.
Affiliation. Form VII, known by its two primary disciplines of Juyo and Vaapad; and also known as The Ferocity Form, was the seventh form of lightsaber combat. It was considered the most aggressive and unpredictable form.
Form VIII: Kendosu, or the Way of the Varactyl, was a new swordplay style developed during the Great Galactic War by Jedi Knight Scott Borek.
Form IX: Kadeesh was a Form of lightsaber combat mainly focusing on the use of brute strength rather than Force-assisted movements or fancy and unpredictable parries.
Form VII: Juyo (or Vaapad)
Form VII is the last known form of lightsaber combat and is known to be the most aggressive. Jedi Master Mace windu is the main Jedi known to use this form of combat because Form VII is the most aggressive and only the most Force-sensitive individuals can execute this form successfully.
By the High Republic Era, Yoda was considered a great Jedi Master. He had also gained a seat on the Jedi High Council and the rank of Grand Master. Two other Jedi—Xo Lahru and Pra-Tre Veter—shared the Grand Master title with Yoda. Eventually the human Jedi Ry Ki-Sakka also attained the position.
Within the Star Wars Legends continuity, Yoda's Jedi instructor was N'Kata Del Gormo, a Hysalrian Jedi Master, according to an in-universe legend.
During his years as a Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi fought with three lightsabers. His first had a blue plasma blade and a hilt similar to that of his master, Qui-Gon Jinn. Obi-Wan used this weapon until Darth Maul kicked it into a deep shaft on Naboo.
Kylo Ren's lightsaber form was something of a hybrid, which blended three styles together: Djem So, Juyo, and Niman.
The clear answer for the smartest Jedi of them all is Master Yoda. This mysterious but beloved character comes from a species about which very little is known, and has survived through many eras, stretching back to the High Republic.
Billaba became Windu's Padawan and trained under the Jedi Master in the ways of the Force. During her training, Windu allowed her to study Form VII variant known as Vaapad. She eventually became a Jedi Knight, renowned for her skills with a lightsaber and favored Form III when teaching other Jedi.

Like all in the Order, the young Korun boy was taught by Grand Master Yoda when he was a learner, and eventually went on to become a Padawan to another Jedi. At one point during his apprenticeship, Windu trained under Master T'ra Saa.
Juyo was described as the most vicious form of lightsaber combat and was said to be filled with both fury and "malignant grace." The form was given the title of the most difficult and demanding form in all of the lightsaber combat.
Black is the rarest lightsaber color in the world of Star Wars. For a while, the only known black lightsaber was the Darksaber, forged a thousand years ago and owned by a Mandalorian Jedi.
A black lightsaber is considered one of the most rare colors in Star Wars. It may now be the most sought after with The Clone Wars, Rebels, and The Mandalorian focusing heavily on the only one known to the canon. The Darksaber was created by Tarre Vizsla, the first Mandalorian Jedi.
Grand Master Yoda and Swordmaster Mace Windu were also proficient in its usage, as they were said to have fully mastered all the seven forms of lightsaber combat. Master Kirlocca of the Almas Academy was also credited as having mastered Form I.
At first, Rey primarily fights with a lightsaber the same way she would have with her quarterstaff. However, after studying Luke's Jedi scripture and training with Leia, Rey probably uses Form VI: Niman, a jack-of-all-trades lightsaber form that combines different aspects of Forms I through V.
To the Jedi of the Clone Wars era, the most prominent practitioner of Form V was Anakin Skywalker, who mastered both Form V variants. During the waning years of the Old Republic, Jedi Padawans often spent a year or two studying each Form from II to V.
