Qui-Gon Jinn's cloak was a cloak worn by Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn prior to his death during the Battle of Naboo. Many years later, the cloak was in the possession of Master Yoda, who used it as a blanket in his hut while in exile on Dagobah.
Though Yoda and Qui-Gon respected each other, they were often at odds due to their differing beliefs; Yoda looked to the future while Qui-Gon lived in the moment. After Qui-Gon was killed by Darth Maul, Yoda was saddened, but continued to disapprove of Qui-Gon's unorthodox ways, regarding them as "defiance".
Up to Star Wars: The Phantom Menace, Obi-Wan's master is Qui-Gon Jinn. So, when appearing as a Force ghost, why does he claim Yoda trained him? During Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back, Obi-Wan mentions that Yoda was the Jedi Master who trained him.

Later, Qui-Gon spoke to Yoda through the Force, leading him to the swamp world Dagobah. There, Yoda began his investigations into the mysteries of the Force. Qui-Gon guided Yoda through this journey of self-discovery, teaching him the secrets he had learned. Later, he would teach this lost lore to Obi-Wan as well.
To teach Anakin responsibility, Yoda assigned Skywalker a Padawan learner: Ahsoka Tano. Yoda knew there would come a time when Anakin had to let go of Ahsoka.

If Qui-Gon had survived his fight against Darth Maul, he would have sensed Palpatine's evil, and Anakin wouldn't have become Darth Vader. Thus, while Qui-Gon was less powerful than Yoda, Palpatine feared him more.
The clear answer for the smartest Jedi of them all is Master Yoda. This mysterious but beloved character comes from a species about which very little is known, and has survived through many eras, stretching back to the High Republic.
It's already well-established that Qui-Gon was incredibly strong with the Force. He continuously studied the ways of the Force and eventually learned enough about the Cosmic Force and the Living Force to unlock the secrets of eternal life.
After years of training under Dooku, Jinn achieved the rank of Jedi Knight and—after successfully training a Padawan of his own, a farmer's son named Feemor—became a Jedi Master himself.
His former colleagues in the Jedi Order saw Dooku as misguided but a man of principles, and refused to believe he could be an advocate of violence and war. They were wrong; Dooku had sworn allegiance to the Sith Lord Darth Sidious, taking the name Darth Tyranus.
He dedicated himself to growing in power, ultimately disposing of his master once he had attained sufficient knowledge. And while Yoda and Palpatine both worked with the Senate, they treated each other with the utmost respect.
As powerful as Darth Sidious may have been, it's easy to forget he actually seemed afraid of Master Yoda. As seen in Revenge of the Sith, Palpatine initially thought he could deal with the aged Jedi Master - and then, when Yoda proved able to counter the Sith Lord's Force lightning, he fled.
Eventually, Qui-Gon completed his training, became a Jedi Master, and took on a Padawan of his own: the steadfast Obi-Wan Kenobi.
After an arduous lightsaber duel, Maul mortally wounds Qui-Gon, stunning him by thrusting his saber hilt to his chin and then running Qui-Gon through. Maul is subsequently defeated by Obi-Wan. Before dying, Qui-Gon makes Obi-Wan promise that he will train Anakin.
Qui-Gon was ultimately defeated by a move that can only be done with a double-bladed lightsaber as Darth Maul used the handle of the weapon, striking Qui-Gon physically on the chin, stunning him for just long enough to deliver the killing blow.
He was a wise and well-respected member of the Jedi Order, and was offered a seat on the Jedi Council, but chose to reject and follow his own path. Adhering to a philosophy centered around the Living Force, Jinn strove to follow the will of the Force even when his actions conflicted with the wishes of the High Council.
Jedi Masters Mace Windu, Kit Fisto, Saesee Tiin, and Agen Kolar confronted Chancellor Palpatine upon learning of his secret identity as a Sith Lord.
Sidious himself felt that he and his peers had outgrown the use of lightsabers, and only continued carrying them to mock the Jedi. He ultimately viewed his own lightsabers as little more than an affectation, and rarely wielded them in combat.

Yoda. Yoda was a wise, experienced, and powerful Grand Master of the Jedi of an unknown species and the oldest known prophet in existence (having lived at least 900 years), considered the wisest and most powerful Jedi Master within the Star Wars universe.

However, if we look at the Star Wars novels, we can find that he actually had three Padawans in total. Qui-Gon Jinn's second Padawan was a boy named Xanatos from the planet Telos IV.
Why does Obi-Wan Kenobi age like that? Because he's not real, and is a fictional character played by different people. You see, Obi-Wan Kenobi is played by Alec Guinness in the original trilogy. Guinness was 62 when he filmed A New Hope, and he died in 2000.
