Aion is the son of Batman and Catwoman.
It took some fancy, retroactive footwork to make it work, but by 1977 it was revealed (in DC SUPER STARS #17) that Earth-Two Selina and Bruce had been married and that their daughter, Helena Wayne, was a vigilante known as Huntress.
In the main DC continuity, Bruce Wayne/Batman and Selina Kyle/Catwoman never had a child.
Helena Kyle is the daughter of Selina Kyle and Sam Bradley.
Her history explained. In this week's Catwoman 80th anthology, a story by Tom King and Mikel Janín confirms that Batman and Catwoman are having a baby — a daughter that the story's title reveals will be named Helena.

Elissa is the daughter of Batman and Wonder Woman.
If anyone had read an issue in The Batman Family (1975), one of the writers said that Babs was a 25 years old young woman while Dick Grayson was still a teenager (like age 16/18).
DC had a long history with the pairing of Bruce and Barb over the years. Apart from the Timmverse pregnancy, The Killing Joke animated movie also made the creepy move to have Barb sleep with Bruce, when she was a college student and someone he viewed as a daughter.
