By the end of book 6, Brianna and Roger, after the birth of their second child, decide to return to the future, taking Jemmy with them in order to escape the hardships of the 1770s; a storyline that would shake up Brianna and Roger's arc in the Outlander series for the first time since they came to the past in season 4 ...
Roger and Bree leave the Ridge temporarily in Outlander
That's because Bree and Roger are leaving the Ridge temporarily. They are planning on coming back, and they're planning on being back in time for Brianna to give birth to their second child.
Bree and Roger do eventually go back to their own time in the Outlander novels after Brianna gives birth to their daughter Mandy. Mandy has a heart condition that Claire can't treat in the 1770s, so the MacKenzies head back to the 1970s at the end of A Breath of Snow and Ashes to attempt to save their daughter.
In Outlander season 5, Bree and Roger settle at Fraser's Ridge with their son Jemmy.
The only storyline in the books that can be linked to Brianna and Roger, precisely in the 70s and 80s, is the one that sees them go back to the future to save their daughter, Amanda MacKenzie, born with a heart condition that would have killed her in the past, and that sees them move to Lallybroch.
Roger is the father of Bree's baby in Outlander
The Outlander Season 6 finale included the lice scene. It wasn't quite the same way as the books, but it was still a great way to make it clear that Jemmy and Roger are related by blood.
Diana Gabaldon has confirmed there is no possibility that Jamie Fraser will time-travel into the future and live out his life at Lallybroch.
Brianna and Roger's relationship has developed over the last few seasons. And in season 5, they finally got married. The couple chose to stay in colonial America with their son, Jemmy, rather than go back to the future.
Because yes, Claire and Lord John end up married in book seven, and yes, they drunkenly (and full of grief for the loss of Jamie, whom they both love with all of their heart) consummate that marriage. And then Jamie shows up alive and well!
In the penultimate episode of Outlander Season 5, Brianna and Roger take their kid, head through the stones, and seemingly disappear from the 18th century. This was not only a shocking moment for fans of the TV series, but no doubt for fans of the book series as well.

When Jemmy holds the stone, it feels incredibly hot. It's so hot, it breaks in his hands. The stone is hot to the touch for Claire, Bree, and Roger, too.
In the series' earlier seasons, viewers saw Claire, a World War II veteran nurse visiting Scotland just after the war, mysteriously travel 200 years into the past. She later journeyed with her new husband, Jamie Fraser (Sam Heughan), to several different countries; and also returned back to the future as well.
Brianna slept with Roger after they were handfast. However, that same night, she was raped by Stephen Bonnet. It was after this that Bree learned she was pregnant with Jemmy, and now nobody really knows who Jemmy's father is.
Roger Reunites with Brianna!
"Wait," you say, "Roger didn't die at sea?!" I know, it's truly shocking! But despite traveling to the 18th century with nothing but a compass and a ponytail, this turtleneck-loving bae has made it to America against all odds—and great news!
Roger and Brianna are distantly related in Outlander
Brianna is the child of Claire and Jamie. Jamie is Dougal's nephew. This is important to remember as it does mean that Brianna and Roger are both related to Dougal MacKenzie. Roger is not the son of Geillis and Dougal.
She's also revealed that the story will end in Scotland, and for anyone concerned, it will have a happy ending. "Yes, the last book will have a happy ending, though I confidently expect it to leave the readers in floods of tears, anyway," she writes.

Yet, even with so many people suspicious of her, there are plenty of characters who know that Claire is a time traveler. Reunion alert! In episode 408 of Outlander, Roger (Richard Rankin) finds Brianna (Sophie Skelton) in Wilmington and while she's overjoyed to see him, she can't hide her frustration. "You weren't supposed to come here," she says.
Roger and Brianna Are Married!
Everyone gets colonially lit at the wedding and then, friends, we get to the wedding night.
Brianna reaches Lallybroch and meets the Murrays in Outlander Book 4, Chapter 34. We get a chapter that many book fans hoped would be in the TV series.

When Claire returns to Scotland in the 17th century, she eventually becomes stepmother to Jamie's son by Geneva Dunsany, William Ransom, and his stepdaughter, Marsali MacKimmie Fraser, from his marriage to Laoghaire MacKenzie. She is later married to Lord John Grey.
The simple answer is no. Claire and Jamie don't have any more children after Brianna. Claire heads through the stones while pregnant with Brianna at the end of the second season/book. She spends 20 years in the 20th century, and she and Frank don't have any children together.
