Repentance means turning back from disobeying Allah to obeying Him.
Allah loves the repentant slave, who constantly turns back to Him, knowing He is the All-Forgiving, Most-Forgiving, the Acceptor of Repentance, the Pardoner. No matter how often one repeats a sin, and no matter how grave the sin is, one should constantly turn back to Allah.
Allah Loves those who repent
“And He it is Who accepts repentance from His slaves, and forgives sins, and He knows what you do” [al-Shooraa 42:25] “Truly, Allaah loves those who turn unto Him in repentance and loves those who purify themselves” [al-Baqarah 2:222]
However , the best of weep and cry is fear of God in respect of him The Almighty Allah. This kind of weep and cry cleanse the soul from pressure and sorrow together with sins. It releases negative energy and the tears remove the harm and filth.
The Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) said: “No person suffers any anxiety or grief and says this supplication, but Allah will take away his sorrow and grief, and give him in their stead joy. Having said that, however, Muslims are not immune to the feeling of grief or depression.
Everyone is indeed tested by Allah in so many forms of both happiness and sadness, shortage and abundance as mentioned in the Qur'an Surah Al Baqarah Verse 155-157. The verse reminds us that anyone, whoever he/she is, even the Prophets are tested by Allah SWT.
“And certainly, We shall test you with something of fear, hunger, loss of wealth, lives and fruits, but give glad tidings to As-Sabirun (the patient). Who, when afflicted with calamity, say: “Truly! To Allah we belong and truly, to Him we shall return.”
Each time you read an āyah, Allah responds to you. Though you may be a weak, sinful and broken slave, Allah (ʿazza wa jall) listens to you! Not only does He listen, but He responds.
O Prophet, say to the prisoners in your hands, “If Allah knows any goodness in your hearts, He will give you something better than what has been taken from you, and will forgive you. Allah is Most-Forgiving, Very-Merciful.”
Shirk signifies associating partners with God. The Quran states that: He who associates with God has surely forged a great sin (ithm). This association with shirk is noteworthy for shirk is considered unforgivable if not repented of.
It is regarded as being a major sin – according to scholarly consensus – because of the stern warning that has been narrated concerning it, such as the verses in which Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning): “Certainly no one despairs of Allah's Mercy, except the people who disbelieve” [Yoosuf ...
Despair not of the Mercy of Allah: for Allah forgives all sins: for He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful. Again, God says to the believers in a Hadith Qudsi: "O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me, and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind.
And if the sin was against a created being (such as humans), then he should hasten to free himself from it, whether by returning it back to him or seeking his forgiveness and pardon. Determination: to not go back to doing that sin again in the future.
"What if Allah loves the heart you broke? You can not know... If you knew, you would be terrified, you wouldn't dare to touch that heart!"
It never occurred to anyone of them that such talk is forbidden. Of course, if the conversation is frivolous or leads to suggestions that are not in line with the serious moral attitude of Islam, such conversation may be forbidden, but only because of its contents, and not for being between man and woman.

These tests are meant to purify us - Tests are not a punishment. They are a part of His infinite mercy. Through them, He eliminated some of our mistakes and sins. And ofcourse, these trials are nothing in comparison to those of the hereafter.

Allah has said very clearly in the Quran that the only way to fight anxiety is to have the remembrance of Allah and have faith in Him, worship Him and stay close to Him. There are also many different other ways to release anxiety that Allah has spoken of in the Quran, like intake of honey and milk.
Islam values the importance of good mental health and emotional wellbeing. The Qur'an can be used as a guide to those suffering from emotional distress and aims to lead people to a meaningful quality of life. 'There is no disease that Allah has created, except that He also has created its treatment' (Hadith).
Muslims with mental illness may interpret mental health symptoms as a curse or punishment from God and may regard seeking psychiatric services as showing spiritual weakness 1. However, Islam puts great emphasis on the preservation of intellect, and clearly demarcates between competency and incompetency.
