Bakugo's injuries were extremely serious and, as made clear already, he should've died within a matter of seconds. Thanks to Best Jeanist and Edgeshot, however, he survived. Edgeshot entered his body and saved him from the inside by giving him CPR and becoming his heart.
Just in that brief time he made direct contact with Shigaraki, Bakugo had taken a ton of decay damage. Shigaraki bloodies the right side of his face, and wrecks his gear completely. Luckily it seems like he hasn't been totally blinded, but his entire right arm is destroyed by Shigaraki too.
Furthermore, during his final battle against Tomura Shigaraki, his right arm was badly crushed by the villain and the right side of his face has been heavily scarred.
In response, he slashed his leg off almost immediately to stop the drug from spreading throughout his body and canceling his Quirk.
During their fight against Nine, Midoriya transferred his powers to Bakugo by giving him a drop of his blood when they shook hands. This gave both students the power of the OFA Quirk, which they used to defeat Nine. However, after the end of their fight, the OFA Quirk returned to Midoriya.
Deku's final quirk is known as 'gearshift'. It's a quirk that is activated via physical contact. It allows the user to change the velocity of anything they touch, meaning they can spontaneously slow things down, or speed things up.
Bakugo was stronger than Midoriya, though he indicated that Midoriya could eventually surpass him.
To save Bakugo, Edgeshot ended up sacrificing himself. It was always going to be incredibly difficult to save Bakugo from the brink of death. To prevent his heart from completely stopping, Edgeshot ended up becoming his heart by entering his body and also giving him CPR so that he could live.
Katsuki Bakugo will essentially sacrifice himself in order to defeat his enemy. "Didn't All for One ever teach you that you can lose the battle and win the war? That's the first thing I ever learned at My Hero Academia." Katsuki Bakugo's final words will be "I win" and he will fall over dead with a smirk on his face.

As Bakugo's quirk relies heavily on sweat production, he is at high risk of dehydration if he doesn't drink enough fluids and electrolytes in replacement. In support of this theory, whenever Bakugo overuses his quirk, he is shown to develop muscle cramps in his arms and shoulders- which are symptoms of dehydration.
Chapter 362, Light Fades to Rain," Bakugō took a serious blow from Shigaraki that not only left a hole in his chest but also damaged his heart. In Chapter 363, "Those Who Defend, Those Who Violate," Best Jeanist elaborated that he had no pulse and that his heart was ravaged.
Bakugou Katsuki has PTSD from the sludge monster incident in particular, as well as additional trauma from his home life, being kidnapped, and witnessing the near death of his idol, which he blames himself for.
Mirko originally lost her arm in Chapter 262, "Mirko, the No. 5 Hero." While the Rabbit Hero was fighting Dr. Garaki's High-End Nomus, one of them used an unknown Quirk to warp the space around her arm.
The man that would be known as Nine was born with a Quirk that allowed him to control and manipulate the weather around him. His Quirk was immensely powerful and was viewed as a god-like ability. At the same time though, Nine was one of the many who felt outcasted in society and believed that it should not be this way.
The good news is that Bakugo will survive My Hero Academia Season 6. Right before he's caught by Shoto Todoroki while falling in the sky, Bakugo tells Deku that he shouldn't play the hero by himself. Unsurprisingly, an enraged Deku goes right after Shigaraki once again.
However, it is revealed in the Endeavor Agency Arc that Katsuki has chosen a hero name for himself, but has not revealed it to anyone yet. His hero name was finally revealed as Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight in the Paranormal Liberation War Arc.
“Die” is one of Bakugo's favorite words, and My Hero Academia fans could certainly make a messy drinking game out of counting the number of times Bakugo threatens to take someone's life.
His Quirk is Explosion (爆破), which allows him to make explosions from his hands by detonating the nitroglycerin-like substance he sweats; throughout the series, he learns various different ways to apply this.

He serves as the arch-nemesis of both All Might and Izuku Midoriya. He is a mysterious man with a completely deformed face which he had suffered in battle and was defeated by the hero All Might.

4) Shoto Todoroki
This would be a very difficult match for Bakugo. Shoto has far greater reach with his elemental Quirk. Since he controls fire and ice, he can also switch up his tactics between a protective ice wall and a blazing inferno. However, Shoto often questions himself in the heat of the moment.
One of Bakugo's strongest powers, Blasting Speed Turbo: Cluster is an incredible ability that he inadvertently used during the Paranormal Liberation War arc. The technique is quite similar to Explosive Speed in application, however, here, Bakugo concentrates his explosions to generate far more power.
No, he does not become a villain, and he never will
Although he is a very flawed individual, Bakugo does learn to grow over time. Over the course of My Hero Academia, he learned the power of teamwork, such as when he led Class 1-A to victory over Class 1-B in the Joint Training Arc.
