Boiling water does not remove estrogen or any other hormones from drinking water. One problem with boiling water is that it can concentrated the contaminants.
Reverse Osmosis Water Filters and Activated Carbon Filters
One option in removing estrogen and other pharmaceuticals luring in the drinking water is using a reverse osmosis filter with post and pre-activated carbon filters.
