Due to her marriage to Lucifer, Chloe gained celestial power and abilities. Oracle referred to her essentially as a "celestial human", assuring her that while she is still human, she now possesses powers and abilities inherent in all celestial beings.
Divine Empowerment: When Chloe's parents were unable to have a child, God himself sent Amenadiel to bless them so they could have a child. This blessing put Chloe on a path with Lucifer Morningstar, nullifying his immortality when in her presence and rendering her immune to Lucifer's charms.
Shortly after, she shoots Michael and is happy to find that it is not Lucifer. Angry that Chloe has foiled his plans, Michael reveals that Chloe is a "gift from God", specifically created for Lucifer.
Lucifer totally surrendered himself to Chloe, so much so that he surrendered his Angel power i.e. his ability to ask people their desires to Chloe. He feels safe when she is around and so his angel subconscious mind gives that power to her.

While it doesn't seem like Chloe is an angel, she is considered to be "blessed," and that's probably why she's immune to Lucifer's powers.
While Amenadiel thinks that God restored Lucifer's wings as a sign of forgiveness, Lucifer decides God isn't behind it. Instead, after learning of the Sinnerman, Lucifer thinks that "something darker" is behind the return of his wings.
That said, the pregnancy did come with a major twist. While Chloe does get pregnant in Lucifer season 6, we don't get to truly enjoy her pregnancy as the moment is included as part of a montage at the end of the series designed to show viewers glimpses of the future.
Lucifer then tries to use the mojo on several different people, but finds he is unable to. Chloe is, surprisingly, able to use the mojo on Lucifer again, which shocks them both.
Her reaction, a quiet, "It's all true," is the last thing in the episode. Thank goodness we weren't left with that cliffhanger forever! As we learn when season four returns, Chloe's reaction is extremely in character: she goes full-on detective and even goes to Rome to literally research the devil.

The necklace's power begins to corrupt Chloe, causing her to hide Azrael's Blade after Lucifer decides to return it to Heaven which will deactivate the necklace's powers, thus depriving Chloe of her new abilities. The corruption gets to the point that Chloe nearly kills Lucifer before she returns to her senses.
Aurora Morningstar, commonly known as Rory, is a central character in Lucifer. She is the Nephilim daughter of Lucifer Morningstar and Chloe Decker. She was raised solely by her mother after Lucifer seemingly abandoned them before she was born, resulting in her resenting her absent father.
Maze or Mazikeen is one of the Lilim, a daughter of Lilith, and the henchwoman and on-again-off-again lover of Lucifer Morningstar.
It turns out, she's the daughter of Lucifer and Chloe, and there's a perfectly good reason why Lucifer wasn't there for her while she was growing up.
Chloe found out about Lucifer's devil face in the season three finale. In the episode, Lucifer finally killed Cain (Tom Welling) after a long battle, which led Chloe to see his true identity.
Ella meets Pete Daily in "BlueBallz" on a crime scene when he is apparently there working as a reporter. She thinks he is too nice a guy for her at first, but the two grow closer, and eventually begin seeing one another romantically.
Essentially, by doing good for the world and having people she loves in her life, Maze literally grew a soul. Since Maze is the first demon on Lucifer to have ever developed a soul, it remains to be seen if this applies to all demons or if she is an exception to the rule.
So there you have it, while Lucifer and Chloe do end up together at the end of the series, the pair never actually make it down the aisle and get married in the show's final season.

When Lucifer begins to lose the ability to control his devil face, his wings become devilish black variations as well. This came when he was losing his grip on his morality as well as being unable to accept who he really was.
After spending his time on Earth and Hell and committing what he saw as various sins, Amenadiel's wings began to stop functioning and decay. When Charlotte Richards was killed protecting Amenadiel, however, he then regained his wings and flew Charlotte's soul to Heaven.
God meets Chloe Decker. After Lucifer went to go talk to Chloe, God observed their conversation, before she went over to Him. She introduced herself before chastising Him for the way He neglected Lucifer for thousands of years just because he acted out. Unfazed, God said it was nice to finally meet her.
