You must be age 18 or older to participate in adult content on Discord. You must apply an age-restricted label to any channels that contain sexually explicit content or any other content shared solely for the purposes of sexual gratification.
A Discord spokesperson said the changes were made to protect minors from inappropriate content “per App Store guidelines.” Apple has firm restrictions on nudity in the App Store, and Discord may have risked an outright ban if it didn't block content to come into compliance.
Within the edit channel overview tab, you'll see an option to mark the channel as age-restricted. Click that option, and you'll be good to go!
Apple does not allow NSFW content on Discord because it violates their guidelines and policies.
NSFW content is allowed in DMs and video chat provided that all parties involved are consenting and of appropriate age. In servers, NSFW content can only be posted in appropriately flagged NSFW channels.
Discord requires that users be at least 13 years old, although they do not verify users' age upon signup.
The amount of time one is blocked depend on how severe their actions were. In the case of repeated offences by a user, for example, being banned for swearing several separate times, the ban will be longer than what is stated on the broken rule.
There's no way to see deleted messages natively in Discord. That's because the content is wiped from Discord's servers when a message is deleted (according to the company itself). Deleted messages can't be recovered in Discord because they no longer exist.
For NSFW channels a user must click a button to indicate that they are over 18 before entering the chat.
The COPPA rule says a child can be under 13, as long as they have parental permission and supervision, with the guardian having full management of the account.

Go to Settings, then Screen time. Tap 'Content & Privacy Restrictions' and enter your Screen Time passcode. Then, tap 'Content Restrictions', then tap 'Web Content'. Choose Unrestricted Access, Limit Adult Websites, or Allowed Websites Only.
The infamous NSFW tag exists to warn minors and sensitive users that there are adult-themed images and videos ahead. Also, it is used to denote content that contains graphic displays of violence, blood, gore, strong language, and other stuff people might find inappropriate or offensive.
Many assume their messages are secure and inaccessible without consent. But that's far from reality because Snapchat private messages aren't safe. Further, Snapchat forbids minors to engage in sexting according to its community guidelines.
In the channel settings, select Overview and scroll down to find the NSFW Channel option. Enable the toggle beside the option to mark the channel as an NSFW channel. 5. Click on the Save Changes option at the bottom.
The reason discord doesn't allow under 13s is because it's illegal to store data on under 13s, if you made your account when you were under 13 then discord is storing your data from then, so yes, you can be banned as they legally have to delete your account. Unfortunately, they cannot do it due to the 13 year old rule.
