attempted to find a way to spare Finn (Thomas McDonell), who was wanted for killing more than a dozen Grounders. Clarke never found a feasible Plan B. Instead of letting the Grounders have their way with Finn, she was the one who made the fatal cut –killing him with one stab of the knife in the abdomen.
Clarke felt immense guilt over mercy killing Finn and began seeing hallucinations of him. After coming to accept that "love is weakness" however, the hallucinations stopped and she was able to move on.
Only then, when Gustus is being sliced open again and again, does Raven realize the pain from which Clarke saved Finn. Her forgiveness comes a little quickly, but like all things during war, there's just no time to hold on, whether it's a grudge, a feeling, or a loved one's death.
Finn was a tracker for the 100. He was killed in "Spacewalker". Finn was part of the original 100, arrested for an illegal spacewalk that cost the Ark 2 months worth of oxygen. He was covering for his girlfriend Raven Reyes who was 18 at the time and would have been floated for the crime.

Clarke turns the corner and finds Picasso has joined her friends. Octavia, Raven, Murphy, Emori, Indra, Gaia, Levitt, Jackson, Miller, Niylah, Echo, Hope, and Jordan have all chosen to live the rest of their lives with Clarke on Earth. And that's the end—a happy ending.
Lexa Betrays Clarke At Mount Weather
However, in the later episodes, it is confirmed that this betrayal was in fact one of Lexa's deepest regrets. She never truly forgave herself for that decision but fans would argue if she really has a choice.
While the show is only loosely based on the books and has now far surpassed any territory explored in the source material, it bears mentioning that Bellamy and Clarke do have a romantic relationship in the books on which the show is based. They eventually get engaged, and it's implied they build a home in the woods.

After being screamed at by the poor, heartbroken Raven, Clarke watches the Grounders drag Finn's body away – and his eyes open eerily to begin his silent judgement. This was a pretty on-the-nose way to deal with Clarke's guilt, but I'll take it.
Clarke begins a relationship with Finn Collins, another delinquent from the ark, only to be heartbroken after she meets Finn's girlfriend Raven. Finn later dies after Clarke stabs him in a mercy killing that prevents him from getting tortured by the Grounders.
In April 2022, after nearly two years on canvas, it was announced Novlan had exited, after the show had decided to subsequently kill off Finn.
Sometime during training the real Echo and Ash were forced by Queen Nia to fight each other. Ash killed Echo in self-defense after Nia had told Echo to kill Ash to prove her loyalty. As Echo's first mission as a spy had been planned with her name known, Nia made Ash take on Echo's name and go on the mission for her.

In reality, Bellamy was sent to the planet Etherea with the Disciple Conductor Doucette. Bellamy's experiences on Etherea during the two months he spends trying to reach the Anomaly causes him to convert to the Disciple cause and to betray his friends after returning to Bardo, thus becoming a traitor to Wonkru.
Clarke is living among grounders in an attempt for anonymity, having earned the moniker “Wanheda,” aka Commander of Death, for her actions on the dropship and at Mount Weather. That name makes her a symbol of power to the Grounders, and a target of the Ice Nation, who want that power.
She is never morally evil and doesn't go out of her way to do bad things like some of the less-than-lovable characters, but she has a quality that rubs audiences the wrong way.
