From a nervous flyer's perspective, flying Business or First is so much better and different compared to Economy or Cattle Class, since the latter brings up the worst in one's behavior, substantially lowering the stress and anxiety thresholds of everyone in that cabin.
Exposure therapy: This type of therapy gradually exposes you to places, thoughts or situations that relate to air travel. You may visit an airport and watch planes arrive and depart. Virtual reality tools, such as computer simulations of flights, can also help you overcome your fear of flying.
First-class passengers enjoy several benefits before they even board the plane. Although turbulence occurs in both large and small planes, it is typically worse in smaller planes because they weigh less, and so more likely to move in line with the air and thus feel turbulence more.
