Bruce Can't Have Kids, But Maybe Hulk Can
The soft-spoken scientist's blood is infused with gamma radiation, allowing him to transform between being a human and being a ferocious green machine. However, it's possible that the gamma radiation in his blood also prevents him from being able to have a child with someone.
It is eventually revealed that Hulk's unborn son was able to survive his mother's death and took the name, Skaar. This version of the Hulk could, and likely would beat the Mad Titan.
While on Sakaar, Bruce falls in love with and marries Caiera the Oldstrong, one of the Shadow People of Sakaar, and she gives birth to their son Skaar.
Skaar was reported to have the potential to be stronger than the Hulk because of his mixed heritage, but at the strongest times Skaar ever reached, Hulk effortlessly defeated him. So Hulk is immensely stronger than his son by leaps and bounds.
MCU fans already know that Skaar is Hulk's son, but what about his mother? Skaar is the son of Caiera the Oldstrong, who met Hulk on Sakaar when they worked together against the Red King. Hulk and Caiera became lovers.
What is this? In the comics, Skaar also aged at an accelerated rate. This is a great way to explain why Skaar is already as old as he is. Interestingly, the revealed age of Skaar may set him up to be part of the Young Avengers.
