No, Iron Man has never made a suit out of vibranium. But, it would be great if he can build a suit made of Vibranium. As far as I remember, one of Vibranium's unique ability is to absorb and dissipate shocks, so his body inside his armor would have been better protected.
Iron Man 3
Tony uses Vibranium to power the suits from the Iron Legion.
The final Ironheart suit also includes vibranium, so Shuri didn't allow Riri to take the Ironheart Mark II armor out of Wakanda in the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever ending.
But Tony had a good reason for not using vibranium. It's because, as was revealed in WandaVision, vibranium is rare and costly. Vision, whose entire body was made using synthetic flesh and Vibranium cost about $3 billion worth of the Wakandan material.
The second Iron Man film stepped into a bit of a trap on that front, when Tony Stark apparently “invented” vibranium while seeking a cure for his blood poisoning. Fortunately, that quickly changed, and Wakanda is now the sole official source of the super-hard metal.
In the Iron Man 2 novelization, the new element created by Tony Stark to replace Palladium in the arc reactor is called Vibranium.
Adamantium is a metallic alloy that, once the elements are brought together, cannot be broken. That makes adamantium really powerful in the Marvel world, used for the outer shell of the robot Ultron, but mainly for its use in the claws and skeletons of Wolverine and his various enemies and allies.
Tony said it was nanotech, not be wakandan or vibranium. Nanotech is just small machines, it doesn't have to be vibranium.
Unlike adamantum, Magneto cannot manipulate vibranium – not if it's pure. Vibranium is a rare, extraterrestrial metallic ore. It has near-mystical properties that allow for energy manipulation and more. There is a Wakandan isotope and an Antarctic isotope, and both of them are completely unaffected by Magneto's powers.
The composition consists of Smart Gold-Titanium Nano-Particles, giving the armor greater adaptability, durability, power and flexibility combination.
The Iron Man Armor Mark LXXXV was the most advanced and powerful armor Tony Stark has ever created. It is a direct evolution of the Mark L, and as such, it functions with the same nanite technology, granting great versatility and efficiency.
In order to take on an army of evil Iron Men, Tony's final suit is identified as "his most powerful Iron Man armor to date." Given that this would include both his Hulkbuster suit and Godbuster armor, Tony's final suit practically elevates him to godhood.
Iron Man Mark LXXXV
The most advanced Iron Man suit ever to be created. The Iron Man Mark LXXXV was created some time within the five years between Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. Tony Stark created 35 different suits after the Mark L in Infinity War, and this suit surpassed all of the others.
The first appearance of Vibranium in the MCU was in Captain America: The First Avenger. Howard Stark had used a small amount of it to make what would become Captain America's shield, one of the most formidable weapons on Earth. What was interesting was that Howard believed this to be all of the Vibranium on the planet.
In February 1940, Howard Stark presented vibranium in Los Angeles, a metal Stark Industries researchers discovered in Africa.
The Iron Man Armor Model 31 (Model XXXI), named as the Battlefield Argo Armor and also known as Adamantium Man, was an armor that appeared in the Iron Man Comics of the Marvel Comics Universe, that was published and created by Marvel Comics.

Dr. Bruce Banner discovered that during a previous Chitauri attack, the Hulk had been able to smash through the Vibranium plated Chitauri ships without any effort. Because of this, he discovered that Vibranium turns brittle when exposed to gamma radiation.
Even the most powerful substances have their weaknesses, and Vibranium is no exception. The Wakandan metal, although near indestructible, is shown to be able to melt under the heat produced by the Mind Stone, when coupled with a single lightning bolt, courtesy of Thor's (Chris Hemsworth) Mjølnir.
Magneto is arguably one of the most powerful (and coolest) of the X-Men. Manipulating the electromagnetic spectrum, he can shift, shape, and summon metal. He's apparently so powerful in X-2: X-Men United that he can use his mutant abilities to rip the iron right out of your blood.
In Avengers: Infinity War, Tony Stark uses the nanotechnology-based Mark 50 suit.
It's one he's always longed for, ever since 2018's Avengers: Infinity War: Bucky Barnes, aka The Winter Soldier's, vibranium arm. He did indeed "get that arm." How?
The Adamantium-Vibranium Armor is a very durable body armor made of a combination of adamantium and vibranium metals designed for Spider-Man by Dr. Curt Connors.
“It's well documented that the hammer is made out of 'Uru,' a fictional metal from Thor's native realm of Asgard.”
While vibranium is the more durable material, adamantium is the more dense material. This means that given the right circumstances, adamantium can potentially cut through pure vibranium.
As mentioned above, tungsten is the strongest of any natural metal (142,000 psi).
