You shouldn't feel lip fillers when kissing
Most filler recipients report that their enhanced lips retain natural softness and texture, allowing them to enjoy full sensation during intimate moments with their significant other.
Kissing can apply a lot of pressure to the lips and increase risk of infection (there is a lot of bacteria in the mouth!), so it is best to avoid kissing for 48–72 hours after getting lip filler treatment. Your lips will probably be a bit tender and swollen, so kissing might not be that appealing anyway!
Patients often notice that their lips feel lumpy, bumpy, and/or overly inflated following lip filler injections. This is a normal phenomenon and is to be expected. Over the next 14 days, as the fillers settle and soften, the lips should become much smoother and more even.
Although kissing won't ruin your results, it might feel painful. Plus, putting significant pressure on the lips can worsen side effects, such as bruising. In fact, the movement involved in pursing your lips alone can be uncomfortable at first.

Stimulating the nerve endings on your lips
The lips and tongue contain a huge number of nerve endings, which trigger signals to the receptors in the brain. This is what causes the lip sensitivity you experience when having a smooch.
